My sister & I recently stayed at the Lito on a bed & breakfast basis. The staff were friendly and helpful and readily available to deal with any queries. A special mention to the evening bar man as he was particularly engaging with all of the guests. Although a little dated, our room was spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable. Sheets were changed every other day and towels daily. An over the bath shower with a shower curtain was a little awkward to use as the bath was very narrow, but there was a constant supply of hot water. There was a good variety of food to choose from for breakfast, but that was our only meal in the hotel as we like to sample a variety of restaurants when we are out sightseeing. There are some very good restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance of the hotel and a great choice in Rhodes Town itself. The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to Rhodes Town by taxi or a regular bus service, (tickets must be purchased in advance at one of the local shops/supermarkets at a cost of 1.80 euros each way). This is a good budget hotel, our only negative was that it is on a very busy and noisy road. We had to keep the balcony doors closed overnight as it was too noisy to sleep with them open. Also we could clearly hear other people in the rooms next to us and overhead. Never-the-less the Lito has a lot to offer if travelling on a budget.

“Well run, clean, and good value for money”

We enjoyed our stay at the Lito hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the hotel and think it is excellent value for money. The location is great, close to Rhodes town and the bus stop and 2 good ( but small) supermarkets. The hotel was very clean, and has a nice big pool and plenty of sunbeds... more

We enjoyed our stay at the Lito hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the hotel and think it is excellent value for money. The location is great, close to Rhodes town and the bus stop and 2 good ( but small) supermarkets. The hotel was very clean, and has a nice big pool and plenty of sunbeds available. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner had a range of options and we found the meals here were better value than several we had elsewhere in Rhodes. We ended up preferring to eat here, with wine and beer included with the meal. If we return to Rhodes town, we would stay here again. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh toiletries every day.

“Very nice but...”

We are currently staying at the Lito and can honestly say that the staff are lovely and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the food is very nice. My only issues are that the all-inclusive is limited and restricted. Only beer and wine available until 6pm and then all-inclusive only lasts until... more

We are currently staying at the Lito and can honestly say that the staff are lovely and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the food is very nice. My only issues are that the all-inclusive is limited and restricted. Only beer and wine available until 6pm and then all-inclusive only lasts until 11pm. And the snack bar is very poor for those who don't fancy dinner. These are something that I can only recommend upgrading. We all pay our for our holidays and have that expectation, especially with all-inclusive, that we should feel able to escape and spoil ourselves and unwind a little more than usual. If these are tweaked, then I would certainly recommend this highly as it's almost perfect for relaxing.

We stayed 7 days in this hotel. It needs quite a lot of renovation to be done because the rooms are very outdated but with just little changes could do a lot (like changing the shower curtains). The bed is amazing though, had a very good sleep! Sound proofing is nonexistant though, you can hear your neighbours speak and going to the toilet. Also the noise from the noisy main street (even on 4th floor) is quite horrible. The staff of this hotel is wonderful, helpful and smiling! The food is not so great. Hotel is very well situated, bus stop near the hotel and just 10 km away from airport and 4 km from the centre. Worth the money, wouldn’t pay more though. The staff also keeps care of the cats so you must know there are cats in many places, also around the pool. Luckily I love cats!
