Booked a 1 bedroom apartment, looked more like a 2 bedroom as there was a bunk bed instead of a sofa in the lounge, after having to speak to a number of staff eventually got a member of management who let us change rooms, staff very friendly and helpful, greek night food was very good , but the ther food on the menu was below average and a bit expensive compared to other restaurants near by, on flight path to airport, we loved it you might not. Choice of 4 pools plenty of beds to go around , with pool side music

I think this hotel was amazing, staff friendly, and I would definitely go again. Maria was amazing she went out of her way to help us, airport close, but to be honest after the first day, you just get used to it. I think this hotel was amazing, staff friendly, and I would definitely go again. Maria was amazing she went out of her way to help us, airport close, but to be honest after the first day, you just get used to it. Rooms cleaned daily, supermarkets just 2 minutes walk away, beach ⛱️ 2 minutes walk away. Few little local pubs, just outside very friendly. We stayed in 618 from 12th June till 19th I would definitely come back here. Only bad thing I have to say is the aircon was expensive, 10 euro a night, if they put it down to 5 euro people might purchase it.

Emerald is in a good location for exploring Rhodes and is well connected especially for TUI excursions / visiting Rodos by bus. The food was good and filling. The staff were all lovely with Euridika, George, Kelis and Taxi being particularly friendly and helpful. While the room is functional the balcony is great to have, there are plenty of sunbeds near the pool and though the restaurant is quite calm there is some entertainment during the week.

I will start the review by saying I’m basing this on such a cheap deal we got! A week for £240 each through TUI - so I cannot base the review on people I know that have paid more. Super quick transfer like 12 mins max.. Arrived at stupid o clock in the morning, bar on site was closed but the receptionist went behind the bar and free of charge got all 3 of us any drink free of charge (Was very nice of him and very appreciated) Was allocated room 415 - Paid for air con 10 euros a night and safe 15 euros for the week. Room was meant to be a studio apartment but was very impressed with the size, huge living/kitchen area with single bed and table and chairs, a huge bedroom with 2 beds a small bathroom but plenty big enough, toilet roll and towels provided (Lovely touch) a huge balcony, a big flat screen TV with Netflix and Prime video built in again really lovely touch, my 2 negatives of whole hotel are based on the room, The self catering cooking facilities are so so basic and not really great if you are not wanting to eat out every day, two job rings and a few pans that’s it! No microwave, no Toaster etc so very very basic, and considering we paid for air con it’s only on unit in the bedroom, so bedroom was lovely ice cold, but when sitting in the living area or the person in the bed in living are was sweating hot so bad, was a real downside. But!! The restaurants around the area (There is about 6 hotels in this area and around 7 restaurants and 2 super markets so plenty) are amazing! And so well priced, you must try the Italian just down the road stunning food and the atmosphere was amazing!. The local cats are beautiful and so looked after by all staff and locals, we stopped and stroked them all. The beach is literally a few steps away, it’s only 4 euros for a bed all day and the bar right there offers very reasonably priced drinks. On the hotel grounds there is 3 wonderful pools, music played all day, very clean toilets and a small child’s park, the restaurant and drinks on site are beautiful! And not expensive at all, George on the bar is the nicest man you will ever meet, always remembers what drinks you order, talks about your stay and super friendly, a few days a week there’s amazing entertainment one night we watched traditional Greek dancing and music, and one night we sang (Very badly sorry) with the band The Passenger was an amazing night many drinks were had and the songs they sang were all great so we had tonnes of fun. The bus in to main Rhodes town is literally end of the road, you buy tickets from the local supermarket 2 euros each way and they run very regular it’s one long road in to town and back so very easy to use (we bought tickets for bus and not once was asked for them though so donated to another family at the end of the holiday) We did a boat trip and felt I had to Mention how amazing it was! There is many boat sellers all in a row on the harbour, but we had already decided on Phantom as was a real fancy speed boat limited to 20 people, only 65 euros each, but was worth every penny! Was out all afternoon 3 stops at caves etc to go explore and swim in to, Burgers and salad and fruit on board, music going, free soft drinks and beer and wine, honestly an amazing trip to have.. All in all I can only Rate this holiday as a mega bargain get away, and for that alone 1000 percent I would recommend and would go back in a heart beat!! Fantastic week and just what we needed. I won’t comment on TUI and the shambles of cancelled flights and wrong airports going home as that was a joke that deserves a whole complaint of its own haha.
