The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing. Our room was great and it was split over two floors. Our room was facing the entertainment area. The problem with this is that it was very noisy. One night I had to ring at 1 in the morning to ask if they could tell the guests to be quite. They did and the guests all went to bed and stopped shouting. It's not the hotels fault if guest are being extra loud. The area is run down in parts but also beautiful in parts so it's a mix. Transfers to lindos and Rhodes are easy. The staff do it all for you and are always happy to help. The staff are really are great here. The food was a bit hit and miss. We kind of expected that at an all inclusive. We never went hungry, the one negative, was that my son had an allergic reaction one night. We had checked the food that was labelled and it did say no nuts but we think there was possibly nuts in the biscuit. We don't know for sure if it was the food in the hotel. They helped us get a doctor quickly and the staff kept checking in on us for the rest of the week. The manager also walked around with us and helped us double check any food to make sure it was safe. We felt on edge after but like said we don't know if it was a cross contamination thing, the hotel did warn us that unfortunately it can happen and we understand it's very hard to be 100%. Overall we had a lovely time, the staff really are a credit to the hotel. Oh and we liked the entertainment. Syvetlana really got us involved and she was super nice to my kids. We would stay again.

We just stayed here as a family of four (two adults, one child, and a baby). If you’re coming here, I definitely recommend spending a bit extra on a sea view room—the views are absolutely gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. Our room was really spacious, and the travel cot even had a proper mattress, so our baby was comfy. Unfortunately, the TVs didn’t work very well, which wouldn’t usually be a big deal, but we ended up back in the room after the mini disco with not much else to do. The rooms and hallways feel pretty outdated probably would’ve felt like a 4-star in the early 2000s, but not so much now. I wish we’d known we were going the week before the hotel closed for the season. By then, they’d pretty much stopped putting effort into the food, and a lot of things were closed. We ended up eating mostly pasta, chips, and sauce and had to walk down the strip to find real food because we were still hungry. For an all-inclusive, that’s disappointing, especially since we were paying out of pocket for meals elsewhere. The entertainment was also pretty much shut down by the time we got there, so the days were slow. Thankfully, they still ran the mini disco, which our daughter loved. The guy running it was fantastic with the kids! But it was so cold outside; they could really move it into the bar during the colder months. The best part was definitely the staff. They were all incredibly kind and welcoming not one rude person in the hotel. Because of them, I hate leaving a negative review, but overall, the experience was a letdown. Part of that is on us for not realising it was the end of the season, but I also don’t think they should scale back so much before actually closing. For nearly £2000 on an all-inclusive family trip, I expected more.
