We have recently returned back from our holiday to Princess Atlantica and what a lovely holiday we had. We travelled as a party of 4 adults and 2 children. We arrived at midnight and were greeted on arrival by the reception staff. Food was available should we have wanted some however we headed up to bed as we had two young children with us. Our two rooms were on the same floor and only a few rooms apart which was great. It meant our children could pop In to see family and we could see them. Bedrooms were lovely and clean and suited us perfectly. We were looking out onto the pool but far enough from the entertainment that the children could get to sleep happily. Rooms were kept super clean and fresh towels daily. The housekeeping staff were happy and welcoming. On our first morning at the hotel we went to reception to inform them they our little boy has dairy and egg intolerances. They called through to the restaurant manager who came to see us and we filled in all the relevant paper work with him. Panagiotis Is the most friendly, considerate and helpful person I have met on a holiday. He couldn’t do enough for our little boy and made our holiday so much more enjoyable. He walked us round the all inclusive and explained all the ingredients that the food had been cooked in. Panagiotis would always check we were okay and made sure Taylor always had food he could eat, he would bring over freshly cooked meat, fish, vegan cereal and ice cream. Taylor had a blast. He made sure he always spoke to our little girl too. We cannot fault any of the staff at the hotel. One lady in the restaurant (I didn’t take note of her name) would speak with my daughter and they would match hairstyles in the evening (she wears a red bow in her hair). The gentleman who sits you at you table in the restaurant was fab and would remember that we liked to sit outside so my son could watch the planes flying over the hotel. The staff made our holiday a joy. We took a bus to old town which took about 20/30 mins but was really easy to do even with 2 young children. The beach is pebbled so we tended to stay by the pool as there was a smaller pool great for our children’s ages as well as a baby pool in the shade and a larger pool. The life guards were fab too. My daughter snorkelled in the pool and the sea and managed to see some fish in the sea! The pool bar gets busy at times but the lady behind the bar is speedy and so smiley. Food is great for an all inclusive and there is also a nice a la carte which we went to for a little change. They also serve snacks at the pool bar which was tasty and another change from the all inclusive buffet. Drinks in the all inclusive were really acceptable which was great. You can reserve your subbed from 8am in the morning which stops the super early birds reserving beds. It’s civilised and well monitored. The entertainment team were great and the evening shows were fab. My daughter loved the dance shows!! Ooh and the children loved the hotel dog too. Such a lovely caring touch. The hotel is great The staff are incredible Thank you for a fabulous holiday. Especially Panagiotis!! We wish all the staff all the best for the future!

There really is nothing negative to say about this hotel we had a fantastic holiday. On arrival we were efficiently checked in and all reception staff were very helpful throughout the whole stay especially when we asked if they knew where we could go to book a trip to Symi Island. The receptionist said she knew a company and arranged the day for us including pick up and drop off from the hotel. Restaurant staff and bar staff were also exceptional particularly Nikos the drinks waiter who kept your glass filled at all times! The food was certainly plentiful with a large choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurants or the option to eat at the snack bar between 11-5:30. There was a theme every evening for dinner in the main restaurant and the Greek and Asian nights were especially good. We also ate in the A La Carte restaurant one evening and would thoroughly recommend the mixed grill! Rooms were very comfortable, clean and the air conditioning was very welcome in the heatwave! The hotel is located around a 5 minute drive from Ixia and around 20 minutes from Rhodes Old Town. There were a few bars, restaurants and supermarkets located just outside the hotel too. If I had to state a negative it would be the sunbed reserving - although this is common wherever we have been in Europe and therefore not unexpected - the hotel managed this well by not allowing any towels on beds before 8am. Overall I would thoroughly recommend the Atlantica Princess for a very relaxing holiday.

Amazing hotel ! I came with my partner for a weeks stay and we had the best time, the entertainment team was out of the world with a different type of act every night and such a friendly team for both adults and children. The staff and management was also brilliant they all ways had such a smile on their faces and easily remembered you from the day before even down to remembering your favourite drink and bringing this to your table !! The food was also delicious! So much choice and every night is a different theme to. The one time book restaurant was also delivered perfectly with suprise deserts and starters with a freshly cooked gourmet meal. Our view was of the sea which I would say is the best option for a stay as it’s not only a beautiful view but also quite and away from the pool and late night noise of entertainment on stage. You can visit local shops and a sports bar very close to the hotel (the entertainment team also offer a cheap trip to falaraki to enter a club here with half priced drinks and safe transport there and back) A bus trip to Rhodes is so easy to book with reception and only costs €16 for two people to travel both ways , this drops you at either the old town or new town of Rhodes but both are so close together you get to explore both . The times of these buses are so convenient going from 9am to 10pm ! Highly highly recommended this beautiful hotel !

I went for my first European all inclusive experience to this destination with low expectations. Staff were very friendly and caring, the hotel and pools are small but they manage to do alot with the little space they have. The hotel has no beach beds or bar so that is a minus and only have 1 bar open and 1 bar tender during the day so everytime you want a drink (soda or booze) you need to wait 10 to 15 min evertime. I resorted to buying beers at the store. That being said I would return as my son had a blast but I would have a plan for beverages.
