Arrived after midnight, no trouble from people at the bar as per previous reviews, all seemed friendly. We were given a superior room as we had booked, so no problems there, all staff were friendly at check in. Room was a bit tired, but for what we paid, no real grumbles. Maids came everyday, but we didn’t want a full clean everyday just a change of towels and bin emptied. Pool was clean, and usually sun beds were available. Bar drinks and food seemed popular, although we didn’t use it much. Good location for everything, 10/15 minute walk along the main road to Faliraki square and beach’s. Overall value for money and a good little hotel.😊🇬🇷 Tip- walk back up to main road traffic lights and turn right got faliraki centre, past the church and turn first or second right. Other routes are a little remote and you could get lost!

Although the rooms are very basic, the hotel itself is lovely, the staff are really good and housekeeping came every day of our stay apart from twice, once because we were relaxing in the room and the 2nd I assume was their day off. The pool is very small but lovely for a dip. The food is amazing, best eggs I have had when I have been on holiday Food prices are reasonable but drinks I found slightly expensive. It's around 20 minute walk to the main town area and about 25 minutes to karatha beach. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes away which is well stocked for anything you need and reasonably priced. The hotel was clean and tidy and we did enjoy our stay

“Friendly, happy, green but very basic”

Booked our 1st package in 25 yrs,ast min bargain with Tui. You get exactly what you pay for. Faliraki is not pretty or real, except for the far harbour end. Booked our 1st package in 25 yrs,ast min bargain with Tui. You get exactly what you pay for. Faliraki is not pretty or real, except for the far harbour end. (Nice beach, go to Akti Taverna and get amazing ice cream from the gelateria on main Street). Be prepared for shocking paths, litter etc, tbh Rhodes Council shld be ashamed of themselves and the approach to the Studios is not nice at all. Here, I wld say the owners need to take more pride in the upkeep of the approach, pool area (never hosed down) and bar. Staff really lovely and v helpful, especially the lovely blonde Polish lady and her Greek counterpart who worked into the evening. We booked and prepaid for superior room with pool view, given the extremely basic one at first so, had to sort that. Good location, farthest block overlooking grass, quiet. Superior here would, be basic in Spain. Still very tired feel, door slightly damaged, one chair stained etc but v comfy beds, clean sheets and towels and great fridge. However, I have NEVER been anywhere that didn't have soap!!!! Shocking. No mattress covers or pillow covers, no reading lights, no clothes drier on balcony. Nice pool and bar atmosphere. You can take it or leave, vv chilled. Plenty of loungers. Beer at bar not cheap, you can get much cheaper elsewhere. Nice cocktails for 7 euros. We paid for half board. Good bits : you can eat main meal at lunchtime and then go out for dinner, you order any me from menu plus a drink ( inc a, cocktail), most t of it v nice, the moussaka they buy in is pretty good and you can swap items in the breakfast eg tomato for sausage hit you need to ask. Negatives :actual menus were filthy, the breakfast choices had zero fruit, yoghurt etc and the menu choice overall is not at all Greek!! So, overall come here if you are happy to get what you paid for, are happy to muck in a bit, be friendly and ask for stuff. However, the owners need to really up their game to be worthy of it being a Tui hotel. It wouldn't take much!
