Stayed for 11 nights in May 2024, a lovely place and the pool area is great for a cool down after a walk back from the beach. The rooms have what you need, however the walls are a bit thin and you hear conversation and snoring in the next room. Food - amazing! Everything is very fresh and I recommend the beef stifado. The breakfast is the best we've ever seen from a hotel buffet (even better than what the 5 stars offer!) - highly recommended and worth the price!

Nice small complex with 2 pools and onsite restaurant and a snack bar We were in a refurbished room which was a good size however the space could have been better used. Storage was minimal which meant we had to live out of suitcases. There were no drawers or dressing table and the wardrobe space was tiny and too short to hang dresses. We spent most of our days at the adult only pool and ate at the snack bar. The lovely Australian lady who worked in the bar was the highlight of the whole place. She was so funny friendly and helpful. Not sure if it’s because we didn’t spend much time or money at the main pool or restaurant but we found the rest of the staff a bit cold and aloof. Very rarely did we even get an acknowledgement or a hello which I’ve not experienced before in 35+ years travelling to Greece. It didn’t bother us particularly as we were not there much but a polite hello would have been nice. All in all we had a great stay and the few minor niggles didn’t affect our enjoyment.

Stayed here beginning of July as a group of 8 girls. The pool & restaurant facilities are pretty good, music in the day, and bar always open but could use with a few more sun beds. Distance from town is short 10 minute walk. Booked 3 of the same rooms, with one room only having two people in. The room sizes were considerably different which I guess is understandable as there were only two in that room, even though we weren’t told this upon booking, however the room quality was quite a difference. Bear in mind the photos of the rooms displayed on the website are only of the newest updated rooms and so unexpectedly all the rooms are not up to this standard. The photos below show the difference in bathroom for what’s supposed to be the same style room. Our balcony doors and windows were extremely stiff and difficult/impossible to lock and when asked for this to be fixed they said the best they could do was for someone to come have a look the next morning, not really that great. When we asked if we could swap room for more space, comfort and safety they said this was unavailable and that we would just be given the same quality room again. The staff were mostly nice and friendly, one member of staff was a bit rude but unfortunately did not get his name. All together was an okay stay apart from the room disappointment, would possibly stay here again but wouldn’t be rushing to.

Rooms are not refurbished to a high standard so this is dissapointing as it wasnt as good as the photos looked online. Bathroom needs doing up as there is a strange panel on the left wall full of rust. Bathroom window dirty. Bit of mold building up too along shower . Shower head old. One bulb missing from mirror in main room but other than this the main room was fine +clean. Not much space to store your clothes if you are there for a week as a couple. Bin provided in kitchen cupboard broken so we just kept the lid open constantly. Cleaners emptied the bin so im not sure why they didnt give us a new bin. Floors not mopped to a high standard. You wouldnt really know the room had been cleaned.The bed is the main highlight of the room as its very comfortable. Pool was very nice. Added bonus was the Cats! Complex feels more like an apartment complex for locals rather than a holiday complex. Food in restaurant was nice big portion for a good price! Im not one to complain on holiday as im there to enjoy, i also paid a fair price to be there and I dont feel it impacted my holiday at all just wouldnt stay there again. A lock should be put on the courtesy shower that you provide near the luggage room.

So we arrived at this beautiful hotel with lovely, friendly staff. My partner is coeliac and we had gone half board. George the owner was there every morning for a couple of hours and with the breakfast being continental there was nothing he could really eat but after telling him that my partner was gluten free ( which I had already told the travel agent) he went out his way to go fetch bread/ biscuits and a separate toaster, that was a lovely thing to do, they do their best to help in every way possible. Restaurant staff / bar staff are all fab and food was lovely but with half board very much the same most nights. Salad to start ( except for 1 night it was soup) followed by meat with chips or rice and 2 nights was pasta and then orange or chocolate cake ( ice cream or greek yoghurt for gf option every night) for dessert. Now the room..... well 1st of all we was up 4 sets of stairs in room 311 so to carry all the luggage up late at night after all day travelling we just wanted to go to sleep to have a fresh start the next day. Bed was so hard I had to get a massage as my back and neck suffered for the last 3 days and I wanted to cry as I couldn't sleep. There are no drawers to put anything, was just a bed, a safe and shelf with mirror and 2 bedside units also with no drawers. A sink with a bin underneath and lots of pots and pans but nothing to cook on, they just supplied a kettle. The bathroom was also terrible the smallest we have ever seen. A small shower with a useless curtain and a toilet u couldn't sit on if yoy was any bigger than a child but we persevered as the staff was too kind to complain to, but I did ask to swap rooms and the guy on reception said he couldn't understand English but to come back in the morning, but I didn't bother as we had already unpacked and wanted to go check the place out ( wish I had now though ). There is no atmosphere around the pool just so quiet with just the radio on in background and they failed to tell us that the hotel to left ( in same gate) was also theirs as it was called utopia. The owner brought that in feb 2024 so it's now all in 1 and they have an adults only pool with bar too ( we didn't use) as the sunbeds on the pool to the right ( which we used on 2 days ) were so comfortable we had to catch up on the lost sleep for an hr on them instead. We was contemplating buying 2 lilos to put onto the bed haha. The hotel is up a steep hill so if u had small children the road to the beach is OK going down but coming back up (which we did 2 times a day) is a killer and didn't have path all the way down. Now the other thing is cats! I mean I like cats but there was alot of them and was all around you whilst eating at night and I would have probably have fed them as they are stray but 1 guy fed one and was bitten whilst we was there, so I never bothered. Also...... dog muck smell. We was above the ground where there was a couple of dogs that belonged to the hotel and could smell it on a couple of occasions whilst in our room. Wasn't pleasant. I wouldn't go again but if the rooms and beds were changed I may reconsider. Faliraki itself is very rundown with lots of derelict buildings, and it's a shame. Rhodes was beautiful though and we visited symj island.... again very beautiful Finally.... we paid for a meal on the last day before we left. I paid on my card and it was declined. He got me to put pin in and once again declined, so I presumed bank had put hold on it. So my partner paid ( only €28 but still, when I got home and looked at online banking realised they had actually taken it from my account aswell as my partners so I've now messaged them and I am awaiting to see whether it's going to be refunded or will need to dispute with my bank. I'm not normally one to moan but really wanted to let people know what was what. I think some rooms have been refurbished so if you get one you may be lucky.
