“Amazing week”

Amazing hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, only downside the pool was a bit chilly brrrrrrrr!! We had the luck of being upgraded on arrival to an exec suite which made our week, a massive thank you to all of the wonderful staff we will be back

‘5 star’ is subjective, and this hotel is not in the league of others, but neither is it as expensive, hence we rate it 5 star based on the value it represents. We visited with our 15 month old, and our parents, in their 70’s. Suffice to say that all 5 of us enjoyed a fantastic week away in October. The weather was absolutely perfect (27 degrees every day, and still 21 degrees in the evening). Our 6th floor family rooms (recommended if you have kids, they are a really good size with a sliding door which makes it effectively 2 bedrooms) had an amazing view of the pool, sea, and beautiful sunrise every morning. The rooms are spacious, very clean, modern, with a large balcony, and great bathrooms. The food was excellent overall. The buffet, whilst similar most days, was decent quality, with plenty of choice. We opted to eat at the three A La Carte options for three of the evenings, and all three were lovely, with great food in lovely settings. I’d highly recommended you book these as soon as you arrive as they do get booked up. We read a lot of reviews regarding the availability of sunbeds. No such experience for us, there was always beds available before 10am, so we tended to eat breakfast from 8.30 - 9.30 ish then have a choice of beds to choose from. All inclusive is very good, and the drinks were of good quality. The beer on offer is local, but decent 5% lager, and my wife enjoyed the cocktails, particularly strawberry daiquiris! Coffee was ok too, and they were very keen on a shot or two of Ouzo coming my way! 🥴 The pool and beach area is vast, with a good choice of bars to choose from, and a nice snack section on the beach which can be used at lunch instead of the buffet. Rhodes Town is a 30 minute bus ride away, which you can catch from just outside the hotel for €2.50 each way. The minor cons… 1) No irons are available in the hotel. Very annoying! You can pay to have your clothes pressed, but will add £100 to your weeks bill easily. 2) Lack of toiletries in the bathroom, so expect only shampoo and conditioner. 3) No drinks are available in the mini fridge in the room. You can buy drinks from a supermarket however. 4) Most bars served drinks in cardboard cups. This is really poor. I realise that it’s done for safety reasons around the pool, but some decent quality re-useable plastic would be far better for a beer/cocktail. 5) Staff are a little hit and miss. Many staff are absolutely lovely, so kind, thoughtful. Some are not!! 6) Lifts were often out of service, and some had broken buttons etc. 7) More bar staff required, as there was usually queues for drinks at bars, sometimes fairly long. All said and done however, a good week, and great value at £1000 per person for a week. 🌞😄

Very friendly staff. Poolissa and beach were included. Especially have to mention desserts. They were super,just pure tastes of delicious sweets. If compare to many other luxury hotels, where the cakes are good looking but all tasting the same.

Beautiful clean resort which has something for everyone. We went in Scottish october holidays. There is adults only places in the hotel which is nice but there is something for everyone. Staff were lovely and very friendly, they do a great job everyday. Weather was fantastic and the pool was just a little colder than we liked! Resort is close to falaraki and rhodes, supermarket within walking distance and within the hotel! Would reccommend!
