We stayed here with RSD Holiday Tours for 3 nights. Despite Reception checking in over 200 guests it was done in a timely orderly fashion. There was staff to carry your luggage to your room. Our room was facing the sea and it was an amazing view. The room was clean and tidy and basic. It had a working kettle but no coffe or tea supplies. This didn't matter as had our own supplies. The air con also worked as a heater which was much needed. The hotel shop was fabulous and so reasonable priced to stock up on supplies and snacks and drinks. The breakfast Buffet catered for every nationality but not to my taste as rather partial to a Full English. So had scrabbled egg on toast and fruit and cream. The evening Buffet was once again excellent as it catered to every nationality but not to my taste so chips and fish or chicken. Also had a salad which was lovely The young woman in the restaurant with red shoulder length hair and did breakfast and dinner was very polite and hard working. A big thank you to her. All the staff where very friendly and professional. We had a lovely stay. .

Could not say a bad word about this hotel!! Staff were phenomenal and went above&beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite while is a MUST if you are able to do so. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had a fabulous selection for all. We were arranged special breakfast and dinner in the Greek restaurant during our stay and we absolutely loved it! Hotel bar was our favourite for the wonderful cocktails. Pool bar was lovely throughout the day while sunbathing or watching the lunchtime entertainment. My partner proposed to me whilst on holiday and the hotel decorated our suite with flowers and swans just perfect!! Thank you so much Virginia for the most amazing holiday, one to remember and Rhodes is perfection. Hope to be back in the future!! Special thanks to the wonderful team Gabriel, Alexandra in the restaurant, Viktoria in the hotel bar and Vasileios for making our holiday so special 💛

This hotel is in a great location, peaceful little district with amenities a short walk away, but out of the chaos! It is right by a lovely beach which you are able to rent sunbeds on at a little beach club. Lovely restaurants and shops nearby too. The hotel itself is clean and all communal areas are well kept. Bar staff are friendly and attentive. The food served at lunch at the pool bar is gyros and delicious. The food at the restaurant was hit and miss but mostly the earlier you got there for dinner, the nicer it was as it was more fresh. Themed nights like Greek, Italian, Japanese, were good. This is around a 30 min bus to Rhodes centre and then 20 mins to faliraki. Loads to visit nearby if you do your research, like waterpark, springs etc. The room was slightly run down but it was clean so not complaints.

Virginia unfortunately looks glossier in its photos that it does in the flesh. We booked for 8 nights based on the images on the EasyJet Holidays site, but were mildly disappointed. Checking in was quick and easy and took literally 2 minutes. We were then shown our room on the far end on the site in the block 500 onwards. We did get a ground floor room, but be warned, there is no wall on your balcony, the area is fully open to anyone wandering and the cleaning staff have a tendency not to lock the patio doors. The room itself is basic. We had issues with the a/c and it made crackling noises which was a concern. This was reported, but not addressed. The safe in the room is free, you just need to ask how to use it. The bathroom is modern with a walk in shower which was pretty good. There is a kettle, tea and coffee. Collect tea bags from the bar as well as milk. There is also a mini fridge. The beds are comfortable, towels are changed when needed and beds are made daily. Bedding is changed during your stay. If you want to watch TV and you from the UK, you have 1 channel and no means of streaming to the TV. WIFI is poor, 1.5 - 2mb was the max we were getting and it dropped out regularly as well as dead spots . The grounds outside are not the best. Im not sure if there has been any building work, but there were floor tiles missing and replaced with concrete, the grass area full of stones and the centre peice fountain was not working and the water was green. There is a walkway to the gym and a lift to the reception/dining area, otherwise a steep slope to the front of the complex with a shop and seating area for the lounge bar. The restaurant is also on the ground floor for breakfast and evening meals, lunch is served in the top restaurant which is used for a la carte evening meal. There are 2 bars, the lounge bar in the lobby and the pool bar which is at the top family pool, not the bottom adult pool which uses the lounge bar. During our stay staff numbers were reduced (ridiculous when UK and european school holidays were just starting), so the pool bar was closed in the evening and the starting times for evening meals were changed. Also, the a la carte meal was stopped. Both pools are freezing (the sea, which is 150m from the hotel was twice as warm). As usual, while there were notices, sunbeds were reserved, especially around the adult pool and not used (There was a story of a group while we were there putting towels down both sides of the pool so when the sun moved, they could to). Any concerns raised while we were there were not addressed, same as the adult pool used by children with inflatables. The family pool does have a water slide. It was not over used, but hardly anyone used the pool due to its shaded location and temperature. There were tiny ants everywhere! Regarding food and drink, all inclusive drinks were not the best. Spirits were limited, there was beer, wine selected cocktails and soft drinks. Coffee came out of a machine and it was extra for a barista coffee. This is the first hotel we have been in where Amaretto was not served on all inclusive, but there is a shop on site open until 11pm is you want to buy some. There was branded spirits at cost. Food was nice however. Breakfast was buffet, continental, bacon (EU, not UK), scrambled eggs (no fried) omeletts cereal, pasteries, etc. Lunch was a buffet from the family pool. A little restricted, but there is a snack bar open all day doing pizza, hot dogs and gyros. Dinner was themed every night and was very nice with a lot of variety, including deserts. While we was there, there was entertainment most evenings and it was really good and varied. They had a mini kids club playing the same songs which got on your nerves after a few days. Bingo was played as well. The entertainment was moved down to the lounge on several nights while we were there which was ridiculous considering how many people were there. The animation team worked very hard to keep it all going though. There are pool tables at 2 euro, air hockey and a gym. The beach is 150m away and looks like a great place to be in the height of summer. The location is isolated. You can get buses at the top of the road, or taxi into the old Town. All in all, for us it was a bit disappointing. The amount of walking around the complex was ridiculous, the section we stayed in was very messy. The staff are amazing though and work hard, but I paid a 4* price for a 3* experience with my accommodation, its asthetics and the drinks package. I could not give 5* for this, but it also didnt deserve 3*. Does need a complete update of the grounds though

Does what it says on tin I knew this was a family resort when I booked my solo stay off -season . Hence some facilities closed . Eg the spa consisted of Thai massage only but no sauna etc . I have to say Buffett food mediocre . I was in big family room 706 . Would be lovely for family in summer except I was cold despite having 2 extra blankets and being assured the heating worked. And a personal pet hate of mine is self -styled 4 star hotels with soap dispensers in bathroom . No sign of other essential toiletries like shampoo etc The best part of the stay for me was all staff . All were very friendly and would assist in any way they could .
