Just returned from a week stay, and honestly say this is the best 4* all inclusive we've ever visited!! We emailed them before arrival to ask if we could have a double room because it was a 30th anniversary trip. Arrived late due to a delayed flight, but on checking was told we'd been upgraded to a sea view room with food in the fridge because we were too late for the restaurant which was brilliant!! And then getting to the room there was a bottle of fizz and a special cake there too which was a fantastic gesture 😍 Rooms aren't the biggest, but spotlessly clean and well specced too with everything you'd need including room specific WiFi through the TV. Balcony with furniture, lovely bathroom with a great shower and aircon (which we didn't need due to the season, but worked well when I tested it) plenty of sockets and lighting options too. Considering we were there in the very last week of the season before they close for winter, the services, catering and bars operated fully which surprised us. The food was the best AI I've ever had, always varied and hot, such a huge selection and replemishrd constantly, other reviewers say it's a bit of a bunfight with queues, but apart from the carving stations a couple of timed I didn't see it, and it's all overseen meticulously by the wonderfully Anita. 4 pools to choose from, but only dipped a couple of times because they're unheated and this time of year are freezing, but always plenty of hardy kids enjoying them. The usual 6am bed hoggers would claim the dozen or so beds that were always in full sun all day, but we always found a couple by chasing the rays around during the day. Entertainment ok for the international guests during day and evening (didn't see a kids club operating though) All inclusive drinks were good with strong cocktails, not a wine drinker so can't review, but always loads favouring it. Local beer is a pilsner which I don't normally drink but got used to. (As to the comments about the paper cups, the hotel has a plastic free policy which I support and what idiot wants glass around the pool anyway?) Hot drinks, juices and soda on tap at all times too. Not in the busiest area, but only a few min by car or bus to Rhodes Town itself if you really want more (buses only €1.80 a ride and operate all day right outside the hotel. Car park small but free public parking 100m away. Overall I'd gladly return here again and wish the staff a fruitful rest til next season

My wife and I had a memorable time in Oceanis Park especially when Maradona with her energy and exuberance somehow got us to join the karaoke night as we came out for a stroll after dinner. We made videos and pictures with her and the audience who listened to us as we sang. We have these as memories and always smile when we watch them.This made our time so enjoyable and we loved every bit of it. In general the staff at Oceanis Park are great from Reception throughout Restaurant to Room Service. Oceanis Park is great and loveable.

We stayed for 3wks at The Oceanis Park Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the fantastic management and staff. A special thanks to Anita and the team in the restaurant, who greeted us with a smile every day and made us feel at home. The food was absolutely outstanding—so much variety and consistently high quality. Compliments to the chef and his team for their skillful cooking and beautiful presentation. Monika who looked after our room was meticulous, and we always had fresh towels and a wonderfully clean space to come back to. We spent most of our days walking, site see and relaxing by the pools. The hotel had a great selection of bars and snacks available throughout the day, making it easy to grab something whenever we wanted. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and a warm welcome.

Staff are fantastic. Lovely and clean, rooms cleaned everyday, lovely comfy beds. Food excellent. Not much going on in the day but night time entertainment great. Could do with a bit of karaoke. Manger not good, not friendly to English people quite a lot of Germans in this hotel which he prefers. TUI rubbish. All sunbeds are gone by 8am not supposed to reserve sun beds but that rule does not stick. Thank god we had our own swim up room. If it rains not entertainment as its all outside which is not good. Beach very stoney it is not a white sandy beach and you have to pay for sun beds if your in this hotel.
