Being our favourite hotel and place, this will be our 19th year stay in this relaxing hotel. On our arrival at the hotel reception desk, we were greeted and checked in by the receptionist who was most helpful and very polite and arranged for the bellboy to take us to our room, who was also very polite too. I found the majority of the receptionist were very helpful at all times. By choosing a Twin Room with Sea View & Balcony made the holiday just perfect. The room maids were excellent and always made sure our room was kept clean and spotless. The towels in the room were changed twice daily. This year the room types have been changed after the renovation of the bathrooms (walk in shower). The food in the hotel was excellent, with so much variety of dishes available for all to eat. There is waiter service in the dining room 3-4 times a week, including some theme nights. The waitress, Maria in the main dining room as always gave an excellent service. Marie was always seen to be busy in the dining room, but she always managed to have a smile on her face putting her guests first. I am sure there will be many other waitresses in the dining room are just as good, but we always asked for Maria through personal choice. We noted that some men were allowed to come down for dinner wearing shorts whilst the ladies were elegantly dressed just didn’t look the right image for a 5-star hotel, but it could be just us being old fashioned. I can also strongly recommend that you take the opportunity to try Thalassa à la carte restaurant by the beach during your stay which provides an excellent choice of food with good size portions served by an excellent waiters service. The staff and waiters at Poseidon Beach Bar and the Mythos Bar all gave an excellent service throughout our stay. We found them all to be very polite and most helpful with a good sense of humour. We wish to send a very special thanks to Anastasia, Galyna and Meika who were always there as soon as you sat down to provide an excellent service with a smile on their faces at all times. We both thought it would have been helpful that a management display board had been placed nearby the reception area so that one can put a name to a face. Or even an informal ‘Meet and Greet’ once a week, but probably this would be down to personal choice. There is a lovely guy that generally comes down on the beach daily between 12.00pm and 12.30pm selling good fruit at a reasonable price which we can strongly recommend. The hotel is situated on the beach and is set in the perfect location. You can visit Rhodes town and Faliraki either by bus or taxi. If you are a fit person, you may wish to walk down to a small shopping centre called Epsilon which is about 20 minutes’ walk where there is shops and bars. Bus fare cost 1.50 Euros to Epsilon shopping centre and 7.00 Euros to 12.00 Euros by taxi. Lastly, we would like to send a special thanks to Stephanie for her hospitality, and customer service throughout our 2-week duration. We have just returned from our first stay at Rodos Palladium and will definitely be back! We've had the most relaxing 11 nights you could wish for. From the time we arrived until we sadly left, the staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. A special thankyou to Vasilus who served us every morning. He is an amazing waiter and always made us smile. He remembered our coffee order everyday and always remained smiling however busy. (You deserve a bonus!) Also marietta (forgive my spelling if this is wrong) she was so welcoming and cheerful. Also thankyou to Ioana at the beach bar, where we ate everyday, again impeccable service regardless how busy you were and always smiling.We had a superior deluxe room sea view room on the 4th floor and it had everything we needed. It was lovely waking up to the sunrise with a cup of tea each morning. Bedding and towels were changed daily and our maid kept everything spotless. Several evenings we had a knock on the door to see if we required any fresh towels. A couple of nights we received extra treats which was so nice. You get a bottle of water and wine along with 3 pieces of fruit on arrival left in your room. So nice to have free plentiful sunbeds and parasols on the beach. The sea was beautifully clear and not too chilly. We enjoyed snorkelling on several days as the weather was perfect. All the staff from the cleaners,catering,waiters/waitresses and management made you feel so welcome. The evening entertainment wasn't our cup of tea but a pack of cards soon remedied that! We cannot wait to return! Please ignore any negative reviews and if in doubt, book it! We are a very well travelled couple and always choose 4/5 star hotels; we go on holiday for quality and relaxation and that's exactly what we got. Thankyou, see you next year 🥰

My wife and I had an incredible 4 nights at the Rodos Palladium, the location of this hotel is perfect, not only a short transfer to the airport, but also beautiful views and beaches and such an easy spot to explore the beauty of Rhodes from. The hotel itself is stunning and immaculately clean throughout and all the staff were incredible and made us feel very welcome. The service team in the restaurant are especially amazing, so friendly and attentive (even if they did slightly embarrass me with a birthday cake and Happy Birthday song :) - such a sweet gesture and nice touch to show they pay attention and think about their guests). and the wide selection of food was all very tasty and high quality for both breakfast and dinner. Lunch options at all the bars were lovely and reasonably priced too. We had a sea view room and wow what a view! Stunning sunrises each morning and enchanting evenings under the full moon on the private balcony. Would strongly recommend getting a sea view if you can just for these views! We would most definitely return as there's more of the island we want to explore. There's a great boat shuttle a short walk from the hotel where you can get a return to Rhodes old town / Faliraki for just €15 as well as trips to Lindos. Rhodes Old Town is stunning, so much to see and explore and the stunning views of Rhodes at the Acropolis is a just short walk from the drop off too. Very chilled stay and the staff were lovely we were greeted with a warm welcome and had our car parked it was a great touch, thank you for the room upgrade we were very impressed with this it was the best sleep I’ve ever had on vacation as the hotel was quiet and very big space, the hotel next door does get loud and lights turn off after 11pm so don’t expect much sleep before then. The location is fine but you will either need to get a cab or drive as not really near anything at all we ate twice at the ala carte restaurant on resort it was absolutely amazing however expensive but we found this better than some meals out everything is full of salt and made me a little ill due to intolerances not the hotels fault just something to note even at the beach bar . sadly we only ate breakfast once with our half board option and dinner just twice there wasn’t enough gluten free options and the staff weren’t very reassuring on milk alternatives didn’t know what they were giving me and they bring out half toasted gluten free bread it was fine just not very reassuring. The pool was great plenty of deck beds cold pool but got in it every day, great beach and beach bar however they do not clear the rubbish from beach, we sore the guy clearing up I feel that this needs some attention as fags and the same rubbish there all week. The hotel seems more for retired wasn’t much to do I done some aqua and the evening entertainment was really bad but again not the hotels fault we loved staying there just to tell other people that might go as there is no town near by either we also went out of season so not much on in the town either. Overall it was a pleasant stay and super clean with lovely staff.
