On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great experience”
We had a very pleasant stay at Captain Dounas. The rooms are clean and bright, the pool is nice and the staff just wonderful. The location is really good as well, just a few minutes walk to the centre but very quite at night. We will definitely come back.

“Great and friendly service.”
Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff (not the least the "captain" himself). Good standard with clean and decent sized rooms. Perfect for a few days stay in Nausa.

“Supernice and friendly place to stay!”
I was surprised to realize how beautiful Captain Dounas place was. The staff was super friendly and super helpful, great location and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone going to Paris.

“Decent”
Average experience. Pool closes at 8. Breakfast was okay. Wi-Fi was not very good. Good location, staff were friendly. Captain D (Stavros? I forget his name) himself came to our room to talk to us, invited himself in only to stand in the doorway letting all the cold air out. Lol.
