Very simple bedrooms with everything we needed for our 3 days stay. Very decent price, a warm welcome and an excellent location with a friendly restaurant literally at the door and supermarket 2 mins walking.

This is NOT a hotel and therefore has no amenities one expects at a hotel. Just rooms that are large, clean and homely. Run by a local gentleman of a few words, and his Lady Friday, a pleasant Bulgarian lady (she is a one woman housekeeping army). It's really very simple - check in, get your keys, settle in and call Lady Friday the next day when you want to have your room done. Nothing more, nothing less. Large beds, not very comfortable but after hectic daytime at Mykonos you'll probably fall asleep anywhere! From the rear of the hotel, open a little gate and you're on the beach! Shops, groceries, restaurants and bars are all lined up, so you can eat every meal on the beach. If you want to fix light meals (who bothers on holidays?), then your room has a tiny kitchenette with a mini-fridge, heater and an electric kettle. That's pretty much it.

We reserved Romantika, but stayed at Peters apartments because Romantika was full. George and Peter were very nice and helpful. Location of both hotels are very good. both near public transport. The car parking is public, at no cost nearby. Room is spacious. shower is a bit small and water a bit salty. We enjoyed our stay. Peter drive us to the new port for a good price.

The staff is friendly enough. But the room was cramped and old. I mean, I don't have anything else in mykonos to compare it to, so I can't say of it was a good deal. I don't think that it was. The bed (there were three in the room, but I only slept in one) was hard, I could feel the springs as I slept. And the shower was inconvenient. And here's the kicker. The flusher on the toilet didn't work. So I had to lift the tank lid every time in order to flush. One good thing was that it was fairly sound proof with all the windows shut so I wasn't disturbed with outside noise at night. Unfortunately, I didn't know until it was too late that there was a public bus available just down the beach which made the location more accessible then I originally believed. So if you want a party, you can catch the bus to Cavo Paradiso or Tropicana or Scorpio. If that is what you're looking for. There are several restaurants available in short walking distance, all of which were tasty and convenient. The beach was decent, but expect to pay €10/day for a sunbed. The water is clear and the sand, kinda hurts to walk on because it's course and pebbly. It's also not too far from one of the dive shops which was convenient for me. There are also quite a few rental shops nearby where you can pick up a scooter or ATV to better access the island. But the traffic is crazy hectic and disorganized in some spots so be warned.
