We have just returned from a fantastic week away. From walking in the hotel to leavening we had a fantastic time.The staff go out of there way to help you. The food/ drinks are all great the entertainment was one of the best I’ve seen in hotels. The Michael Jackson’s night was amazing the tener’s were fantastic the Greek dancers were great. We have been to many places/ hotels but this one is fab. The staff are great sorry I didn’t get everyone name but Rezan always welcomed you at the restaurant. Lorena who made the best crepes for us every day and we always had a lovely chat hope to see you again. The restaurant staff 5***** the bar staff 5***** Leo 👍 Edilberto lovely always smiling 💙. All the very best to you all for next season. The reception staff always happy to help 😍

“Super hotel whose staff go above & beyond to make your stay special.”

This is a superb hotel with amazing staff, who make your stay super special. The rooms are comfortable & well equipped. The food is delicious with loads of choice. This is a superb hotel with amazing staff, who make your stay super special. The rooms are comfortable & well equipped. The food is delicious with loads of choice. We have just returned yesterday from there & the hotel closes today for the winter. The weather for the end of October was beautiful at around 25c each day & sunny. Very lucky! The pool temperature was a little fresh to say the least! Not many people were brave enough to go in. The sea was warmer! 👍🏻 If they could get at least one of the pools heated, it would enhance the overall experience at Oceanis. 🤞🏻

We booked the hotel because we needed a relaxing break as I’ve had mobility problems over the past year. Unfortunately for us a couple of weeks before we were due to go I experienced another really bad bout of sciatica which was quite incapacitating. When we got to the hotel we had been allocated room 6302 which was fabulous - a wonderful view of the sea over to Turkey and on a slightly elevated position. Unfortunately completely unacceptable in my (then) current state as we found when walking to dinner that night - luckily we started out early ! At the welcome meeting the next day I explained our predicament and was asked to download the blue app and the hotel would get back to me. Thankfully they did get back to me and offered me a very much better room (5110) on the ground floor by the beach. First class service ! At the end of the first week I was stopped on the way into dinner by MARIA who could see I had mobility issues and asked if we’d like a bed saved for us by the pool - which option we were glad to take up as we had been sitting on the beach for a week by then and had not had a chance to use the pool. We spent the next week round the “quiet” pool which was wonderful I have to mention that the staff were, unfailingly, brilliant. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and I cannot praise them highly enough. A few names that I simply have to mention are LORENA and DIMITRA at the quiet pool bar who both went above and beyond in bringing food and drinks to us (and, on a few occasions, helping us up off the sunbeds !). In the restaurant we found MOHAMMED and WASEM to be really helpful too. We hope to be able to visit this first class hotel again next year - if we’re able to sort out accessibility problems prior to visiting.

“Got it right in the end”

Been here 7 times so knew what to expect and for that reason I emailed ahead asking for a top floor as my wife is claustrophobic. I appreciate all requests can't be met but because we had been before we knew what to expect. First issue was when given the key 14### we knew that was not top floor but he assured us it was. On arrival, balcony door fly screen was hanging off and the shower drain had been removed for some reason. When we finally got on to the balcony, I could not sit looking out as the balcony was so small and with the upper balcony right above, even I felt closed in. Complained to reception who couldn't move us till next day (I could understand that) but that meant we couldn't really unpack properly till the next day. Maintenance man sent to fix door and shower. Point being we knew the standard we expected and this was not up to that standard. Luckily we were greeted by Antonaiace in the restaurant (sorry if I spelt it wrong) like the friend he has become. Then some drinks at the bar served by Nicos as usual ballanced the bad start with the room. Eventually got a better room to enjoy the holiday. Great place and well looked after throughout but again,if we had not been there before we would not know the standard but that first room left something to be desired. Thankfully they did put it right which is good customer service.
