I’ve traveled to numerous hotels in the neighboring country and in England, but this one truly highlighted the essence of Greek hospitality. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff made our stay unforgettable. The hotel boasts three bars and three beautiful pools, offering a great variety of places to relax and enjoy your time. The beach bar is particularly impressive, with comfortable sunbeds and a lovely atmosphere to unwind by the sea. Additionally, the hotel offers the convenience of booking excursions directly through their services, making it easy to explore the area. We booked the bodrum excursion. We also had the pleasure of attending a Halloween party organized by the hotel, which was a fantastic experience. It was a fun and creative event, adding a special touch to our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and top-notch facilities!

We booked a sea-view room but, upon arrival, found that ours didn’t offer one. After speaking with reception, we were told a sea-view room would be available in a couple of hours, so we headed to the buffet while we waited. After returning, we were informed it would take a few more hours, which was disappointing after a long journey. Eventually, we received our new room with a partial sea view, and we were content with that. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. The buffet food was excellent, especially considering my family and I are quite particular about what we eat. We always found something tasty, and it’s honestly some of the best food we’ve had at an all-inclusive. There was also plenty of seating, including a lovely courtyard area where friendly little birds added a charming touch the kids loved. The hotel has three pools. We mostly stuck to the kids' pool with slides since my kids found the salt water in the other pools unpleasant and one pool was quite deep. As expected, the pools were quite cold in October, but it didn’t deter the kids! The beach was beautiful but breezy and stony, so beach shoes were essential. The loungers were comfortable, and though the sea has a significant drop-off, it was manageable. I also had a relaxing massage from one of the beach masseuses. The entertainment was a highlight—especially the singers! Watching by the bar’s fire heaters was a lovely way to end the evenings. We rented electric scooters outside the hotel to explore Kos Town, which is a must-visit! We also enjoyed a land train ride and a glass-bottom boat tour to see a shipwreck and a mermaid. One caution: the hotel paths were extremely slippery. My son did slip and hit his head, resulting in a sore lump, though thankfully missing his eye. The staff responded well, offering to arrange medical assistance. Kos airport provided a smooth, stress-free experience, and overall, we had a wonderful holiday. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and Kos itself—it’s truly beautiful!

We paid just short of 2k for a one week stay for 2 people sharing a room. Good Parts: Room was very nice, with a good sea view, mini bar with soft drinks, wine and beer. Toiletries and robes provided and daily towels, if you left them on the floor in a pile. Pillows and bed linens were nice quality and the room smelled lovely. Lots of nice seating areas in and around the hotel, with plenty of space. Bar staff, on the whole were lovely, only on our last evening we were refused service because the waitress said she didn't cover the area we were seated in and when we went to the bar, we were ignored (all other times, bar service was really good) with friendly staff. Buffet food was not bad and there was lots of choice. Breakfast was the best, with an omlette station and everything you would expect for breakfast. The only downside is you don't feel you can take time over your meal and as soon as you put your cutlery down, your plate was whisked away. A couple of my meals were taken away when I got up to get another drink and I had not finished eating. The food at the beach bar was nice, mainly pita bread with meat but it was freshly made and the service was good. Served in paper bags, no plates ( not very 5 star) Beach is stoney and sunbeds were very faded and grubby but at least they had pads on them. Good drinks menu, although only 7 cocktails but the staff probably could have made most things if you asked. Not so good parts: There were a lot of smokers at the hotel and they are allowed to smoke everywhere so be prepared to either put up with that or move seats a lot. There are no non smoking areas provided that we knew about or found. The pools were SALTY! We were told it was sea water and every morning the staff were throwing huge tubs of salt into the water (no time for it to disolve before people got in to swim ). 'Pickle your guests in brine', seemed to be the norm. The pools were also very cold, with a hefty layer of green mould around the edges which one staff member was scraping off and letting it sink to the bottom. The exploding sunbeds!! I get that it was nearing the end of the season and the very basic sunbeds had been baking in the sun and salt water for months but the plastic teeth on the backs of the headrests started to give way (with an almighty Bang!!) We saw several guests slamming down onto their backs with a crack (which must have been a bit of a shock!). The broken ones were just stacked at the side of the pool ( beds, not guests) and made quite a pile by the end of our stay. There is no lighting in the outside eating area, so avoid eating your evening meal outside, if it is a bit later in the season. We did this the first night and were eating in the dark. The speciality restaurants are not restaurants, they are a cordoned off area at the back of the main restauraunt with a few dividers, but you still had the full noise of the main restaurant. I read that people had good service when eating here but we did not. There was a celebration on the table next to ours and the staff were very attentive to those guests but not to everyone else. I had a chicken pizza and it smelled awful (like old socks) so we decided to just leave and not finish the meal and the staff said nothing to us. Didn't ask if our food was OK, didn't ask why we were leaving...just nothing. We cancelled the booking we had for dinner and brunch at the meat restaurant because the food and the service just put us off. The buffet area on our first few days was not busy at all so we were seated quickly but on the last 2 days there was an influx of guests so huge queues everywhere. The table staff were a mix of lovely and grumpy but was probably end of season blues. Lovely servers gave good service and the grumpy servers gave horrible service (it was sort of like russian roulette) If you wanted water you had to keep asking at the main reception, which made you feel like Oliver Twist lol. It would have been better to have bottles readily available that people could help themselves. We spoke to people who had been offered a gift to give a 5 star review of the hotel, but we were not asked (maybe we wern't their kind of guests and they were hoping we wouldn't go back... :-l ) Overall it was a nice hotel, clean comfy room, OK food and nice surroundings but it was not the 5 star experience we hoped for. Hit and miss staff, crappy broken sunbeds with no cushions and grubby cold pool, disappointing 'speciality restaurants' and ... we just didn't really feel very welcome. £2000 for that!!... Probably best they didn't ask us to give a 5 star review.
