The best holiday we have ever been on! Initially, when we arrived on the first day at the hotel, the Reception welcomed us with kindness and a smile. We were served by Aggelos, a very smiling and helpful guy and we liked him from the first day Later when we went to eat at the restaurant the staff there welcomed us with kindness But the one who really impressed us was miss Betty!!! She was always available and whatever we needed she was there for us Also the food at the restaurant was great and different every day, But we loved the Greek night that took place every Friday Then my room had a very fantastic view of the sea I can say it was very clean well done To the staff and the manager!!!

Just returned after our stay for 11 nights. We really had a great holiday Staff were friendly enough and attentive. We did have a few things that could have been better but certainly didn't ruin our holiday. Rooms are a bit dated, maid everyday to change towels and empty bins. We were lucky with our room, beautiful sea view and the shortest distance up a steep hill. Our block was "Kalimnos" Pools were great, son loved the waterpark and playing water polo. We struggled to get a sunbed at the waterpark pool sometimes, also shade is a struggle, felt we were always fighting for the shade later in the day under our "cabana frame" with other people "moving in" to get shade. I feel simple umbrellas would be better. Which they had a few at the main pool. Pool was lovely and blue when we arrived but by the time we left it was green, full of scum and hair and you couldn't see the bottom it was so cloudy. The pool is open 10am to 6pm why is it not cleaned between these times! Food was good, we really enjoyed it (my husband and I) lots of choice, the grill, salads, and local dishes, pasta pizza. Unfortunately my very fussy son struggled, he did surprise us and tried some things but when we read "snack bar" we thought burgers, hot dogs, chips, toasties etc Maybe even Gyros?! It was a baguette in cling film a small salad or fruit salad during a very specific time. My pizza loving son doesn't want to look at another pizza for weeks 😂 The Aqualand is behind the Kipriotis Panorama. We were given the tip by the minibus driver of using the lift of the Panorama to get up the hill if he wasn't around, we always seemed to just miss him even though he is up and down that hill from hotel to main road over 70 times a day (his words) Take the lift in the Panorama to the 5th floor and follow aqualand signs. Same in reverse.

First time visit flew in late at night no shops open when needed, friendly receptionists, wouldn’t recommend if you had baby’s and you ran out of things was hard to get baby milk you would have to travel to kos town 45 mins walking or 10 mins in taxi which we was waiting an hour for the shop is ok but doesn’t have a lot of stuff, the apartments was nice but got given rooms which was really hard to get to with having a baby and a buggy had to go carry the pushchair all the the time plus my sister in law had to stay with us and her baby because the room was not up to standards and wasn’t practical for a Young child. had air conditioning problems it started leaking and then the toilet flusher had stopped working now and then, wasn’t the cleanest of I’m honest person was nice to have a cleaner who always smiled and said hello we got a few Stained bedsheets, the food was great to start with but started to get abit tired of having the same thing everyday with us being inclusive thought we would have different things everyday, staff were lovely and polite especially Betty she was a wonderful women and always smiling and amazing with my sister in laws baby boy who always looked out for her and blew her kisses she will be missed by us, the entertainment was ok but was the same routine and songs for the kids which was becoming boring, not enough information regarding night time entertainment, for what we paid I thought we would have abit more things, but overall nice staff great weather great pools but wasn’t enough around.
