We had a great holiday here, family of 4 we knew it was further out from the centre but the buses are really good always on time. Absolutely beautiful hotel well kept and very clean. If you want a lovely relaxing holiday it’s perfect we really liked the fact we could sit on our sun loungers at the pool and we could keep an eye on the kids whether they were in the pool or on the beach. Fresh tasty breakfast with lots of choice. All the staff are lovely and we are already looking at going back again.

Another fabulous week in this glorious small family run hotel. Maria happily organised a private transfer for the 4 of us and assigned one room we requested which we stayed in 2023. Valentino works unbelievably hard in the pool bar, he is such a lovely guy. George does a great job in the bar and restaurant /bar, as do the chefs and kitchen staff. Fortini is a breath of fresh air to see at breakfast time, always has a smile. The girl on reception done everything she could to ensure a comfortable stay. The son works around the hotel,on others days off and could really take a leaf out of their book on a positive and friendly experience for guests . I asked him how he was and he shrugged miserably and said he was bored. Not impressed, he lets the other staff down. That was the only negative about my stay. The location is exceptional, out of way of hubbub, right on the clean beach, so idyllic. food is so tasty and plentiful as well as very reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and spacious . The owners invest their profit yearly to improve their business. Next year downstairs rooms are being updated I believe. Guests return year after year to this hotel with very good reason. Highly recommend ❤️

On arrival it was late/early morning due to delayed flight. We were shown to our room very quickly which was spotless and very spacious. Easy to get too only one problem the beds !! They are Rock Hard which did spoil the holiday a little as I didn’t sleep very well all week at all. I had seen a few reviews about hard beds but they are Hard and not comfy at all. Apart from this the hotel is beautiful very clean and well laid out. The shower is beautiful very spacious. We were told our towels would be changed every other day and the beds once a week. The bed was changed half way through the week but was made everyday. And the towels were changed everyday. Bins emptied daily. The grounds are immaculate and the pool area very clean. There are enough beds for everyone round the pool but we still saw the odd bed hogger but there is really no need, access to beds on the private beach area too. Which is also kept clean. Entertainment at night was once a week but food and drinks were lovely and not too bad a price and the bar staff were lovely as were the kitchen staff and reception staff also the gardener and cleaners were lovely. Bus stop literally at the end of the road and it’s €2 to tigaki town centre or €2.30 to Kos town. Buses run every hour but last one is approx 11.30. Taxis are few and far between as there is only one company on the island and approx 70 cars to go round, the centre of tigaki is walkable but it’s a 45 minute walk from Irina to roosters which is the bottom of the strip and when it’s hot it’s a killer we did it twice in the week we were there and it hurt Left out of the hotel is a small fruit and veg stall and right is the supermarket approx 15 minute walk, you can hire bikes and cars at the hotel reception we didn’t but many did and they bring the car to you with a small parking area opposite the hotel, breakfast they have a big variety with the basics tea, coffee, juice, cereal and toast and then you have cake, pastries and salads hams cheeses boiled eggs, some days mixed hot dishes other days beans and eggs and bacon also omelette and crepes lots to choose from and plenty of seating overlooking the swimming pool and beach with a beautiful view of turkey, on departure day our flight wasn’t until late evening we did ask at reception if we could keep our room but unfortunately it was booked out but two other family’s who were flying out the same day managed to keep there room till 8pm for €40 euros. Fortunately they had a shower room available and towels for us to use so we could get changed for the flight. They have a room you can put your cases in to at the back of reception and they have plug sockets so you can charge your phones. The pool area sell all sorts of drinks and snacks, ice creams and food and they even bring them over to your sunbeds by the pool or on the beach you can pay straight away or on tab. Left out of the hotel and up a road on the right is a lovely traditional Greek taverna which is lovely, overall a beautiful hotel and I would definitely stay again if only they would change the mattresses

If you are 1st time visitor on Kos you need a car here for more comfortable holiday. This hotel is located about 30 min walking from Tigaki center and 20 min drive from the airport. There is a public bus stop just on the corner. This place has direct access to the pool and to the beach. The breakfast is very basic but its ok for standard needs. Most of the rooms have direct sea view. The rooms and the whole hotel area are spotless clean. The rooms are big and spacious. The bed martresse is very hard, for me it was a Desaster. The WiFi works very bad. I recommend your own Internet if possible. This place is suitable for people who are looking more for silence and relax and the guests here are more mature people. Enjoy your holiday.
