“Perfect Family Vacation”

We had a wonderful week at the hotel. Both spending time at the pools and the beach. The staff was amazing and always greeted us with big smiles. “HONEST REVIEW”

HONEST REVIEW. I am someone who always reads reviews before I book anywhere. So this is why I am writing this, for anyone who finds reviews important you will want to reas this, especially if you habe children. Me and my husband stayed here for a week with our 2 year old son. We absolutely loved our first 5 days, we was constantly saying we are going to book here again next year and bring our family, the food was delicious, pools are lovely, rooms where lovely and then cracks started to show. On our 5th evening we went out for some tea and became seriously poorly. During the night our 2 year old wouldn't stop throwing up and myself became very poorly and dehydrated. My husband in a panic rang reception asking for clean sheets and towels and help due to them all being covered in vomit. The reception staff had a very " don't care" attitude and said " there's not much we can do our cleaners don't work sundays" I've never been so disgusted and terrified in my life. I had a child who was poorly and nobody seemed to care. My husband then asked for a doctor, a doctor arrived 30 mine after, he was rude, again didn't care at all, did no examination of myself at all, only thing he did with my 2 year old was check his temperature with his hand and said he was fine and there's nothing he can do and we will have to wait till morning to see someone with more experience. At this point I was on the floor surrounded my vomit on towels and he walked away from me. Asked for money and left. We felt completely alone and uncared for. The next day we were so poorly we had to go to hospital, we had gastro and was there for the whole day on drips. I have to say tue hospital treatment was amazing. The staff there was so caring and understanding and couldn't believe how we had been treated by the hotel staff and the apparent " doctor" who came out to us. They really did help us and give us reassurance whilst not being in our own country or with family. They saved our holiday. For the last day we where in our room recovering and then went home. All in all the place was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay up to the point where we seriously needed help and we where massively let down, if it was just me and my husband it wouldn't have mattered as much but to treat a 2 year old like this with no urgency or care was absolutely disgusting. This seriously needs to be taken seriously and staff need to be educated and spoken to and your so called doctor.
