LICHNOS beach hotel is in a stunning location , a secluded bay , with steep cliffs around it . It is cut off from Parga , which is a 10€ taxi fare away so works out expensive to keep doing the trip in and back but as there is no entertainment at all at the hotel you might get bored otherwise . The drinks at the hotel are too expensive , 4€ for a bottle of water , 6€ for a coffee and 7€ for a beer ! The hotel rates as 5 star so there is an extra 10€ per night added when you check out . So very easy to run up 100s of euros extra on your bill . The beach itself is small stones and very pretty but has steep shelves leading into sea which at times made it very difficult to exit the sea . Your feet sink right into the stones so you have no stability . The staff are very friendly and helpful . The rooms are cleaned to a high standard . I thought it a bit odd that the slippers were replaced every day even tho they were hardly used ! Overall it is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location and if money is no object and you want complete isolation it’s the place for you but sadly due to the high drink prices and lack of entertainment we won’t be returning .

It’s a property on a hill and divided by blocks. There is quite a steep walk to the bar restaurant and beach. The problem when you have to go down a slope. You have to go back up to get to your accommodation The bar was very expensive. €4 for a bottle of water at evening meal time In fact no refreshments were provided at the evening meal not even water. You had to buy all drinks. Tea coffee and water were at breakfast though Repetitive buffet too The beach was a gravel beach but in a lovely bay. It was like walking on cat litter. I see Jet2 have dropped it next summer. The seating area in the restaurant had limited indoor seating with a lot outside and not under cover We had 3 days of rain and struggled waiting for a table so had to walk across to the bar area. Again only a small area had a roof but open at the sides Far too many cats with cat poo on the beach being of a cat litter beach

4 girls on holiday ... On arrival after decending to the hotel and I mean desending ..2 of the 4 of us were upgraded to an executive luxurious suite with jacuzzi ...Happy Happy girls! Complimentary bottle of fizz went down well thank you! Sun beds amazing plenty of them too.the beach boys looked after us all week .. We chose breakfast and dinner as went out most nights 10 euros each way only way tbh! Paga was beautiful stunning at night and we found a gem of a restaurant linthos slightly back from the main streets so a bit cheaper and amazing food! Went 4 times. The other two girls were put into a room that smelt of smoke ...and it took 3 days to get moved but once sorted all was good. Food was ok breakfast was lovely buffet and limited choices at lunch ...drinks were pricey but got you really. We found a store to the right of the hotel that was cheaper for essentials water tea coffee as topping up coffee and tea in rooms didn't seem to happen beware they charge 1 euro per coffee pod ... On the whole a great spa retreat quiet no entertainment infact boring at night nice gesture from bar staff of free drinks and the chef gave us a bottle of wine we were spending alot at the hotel ...we went out ..most nights Would we go.again probably not. Staff were friendly rooms were lovely views outstanding but a bit too quiet for us girls. But thank you Linchos sorry if we upset the people below us when we turned the jacuzzi on ...and the jets flew out ... Big belly laughs for us but them below were not amused. Made some lovely friends our neighbours from Australia. Who totally got us. The transfer home was a mare as the driver forgot 3 people so took 2 hrs ...Happy days now where to next girls????

We were greeted by very friendly reception staff who showed us to our room, which was amazing. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious with a spectacular view. We stayed 11 nights half board, the food was good with plenty to choose from at breakfast and evening meal. The waitresses were really helpful and pleasant. There worked very hard and always had a smile. Well done and thank you to all of you. The chef Demitri was available in the restaurant to make sure everyone was catered for, thank you from Mr James The only negatives about the hotel was the bar prices, no water was served with the evening meal, it had to be purchased at 4 euros a bottle. Cocktails started from 14 euros. The hotel is a 50 minute walk into Parga or a 10 euro taxi drive each way. The hotel is quiet on a evening as most people go into Parga, The hotel has no entertainment. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this hotel is a must.

This hotel was advertised as a 5 star resort, Sorry to say it was 3.5 stars at best. The pictures of our room had clearly been air brushed for the brochure but that being said it was cleaned every day and ok. Beautiful location but 6km from town no courtesy bus anymore. This resort is on a steep hill which is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Monday at Lichnos Beach a huge storm blew in from the mountains with absolute torrential rainfall high winds thunder and lightning. We decided to brave the weather and head down to the restaurant for dinner. This is down an extremely steep concrete path. Initially it seemed fine as the concrete had a brushed finish to aid grip. However for some strange reason it had been painted with high gloss exterior paint. As we descended said path I realised I was attempting to tackle the Cresta Run bobsleigh course on foot. I failed of course both feet became airborne and I crashed to the ground on my back with a sickening thud. Winded, I thrashed around in the teeming rain for five minutes like a well dressed fish. Dinner trip cancelled we returned up to our room. Said path is now fondly known as Cardiac Hill. Food in the hotel was average at best we only ate 3 evening meal out of 10 nights. Bar prices are extortionate, on arrival 2 ham and cheese toasties and 2 beers cost €32 a bottle of wine €36. Beach lads lovely guys . Yes we will go back to Parga it is such a wonderful place, but not to this hotel to be honest. Disappointed. The beach is private with allocated sun beds which is lovely. Most of the staff are friendly and very polite and helpful. Transfer is about 50 minutes which is good
