We stayed at this lovely hotel in September as a couple. Positives:- Welcome drink Room spacious Immaculately clean everywhere Beds comfy Very nice breakfast Always got a sunbed Lovely bar by the pool with good food Mountain View’s at back Very friendly nice staff To sum up: The hotel did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. Negatives:- Road noise was horrendous…motor bikes all day though this is obviously not the hotels fault. Not the place for peace and quiet. Toilet flush kept breaking ..could hear running water all night. We were below the room that had to slam the door to shut it 😂 To sum up: at first the noise was a problem for us but we did actually get used to it. Location: As everyone says it is 20 minutes walk from Parga town. This is a Nice walk down a lane. No problem to us at night but in the heat of the day it was a challenge. I don’t think it would suit someone who is not used to walking. At first we thought we were in the wrong location but realised that perhaps it wasn't:- Supermarket 5 minutes..second one delivers for free Perivolli 5 minutes Yaris 10 minutes Dracos Greek night 5 minutes Lichnos Beach by main road 45 minutes …through Olive Grove 75 minutes Valtos beach 45 minutes Would we return to this hotel.. juries out …but… yes I think so. Just bring earplugs

“You gotta be strong!”

Nice hotel but like everyone says, a bit far out of Parga. Pluses....Lovely sized rooms, plenty of space and storage (I booked deluxe but apparently we were 'upgraded' to junior suite on arrival but I wouldn't say the room was a junior suite-looked like the deluxe that I booked). Nice hotel but like everyone says, a bit far out of Parga. Pluses....Lovely sized rooms, plenty of space and storage (I booked deluxe but apparently we were 'upgraded' to junior suite on arrival but I wouldn't say the room was a junior suite-looked like the deluxe that I booked). Balcony large. Bed linen beautiful and made up every day. Breakfast was adequate but the 'hot' stuff like eggs, beans etc was always cold. I couldn't see anything to keep it warm after it had been put out eg heat lights etc. Dining area nice, could always get a table and you can eat outside if you wish. Swimming pool nice size but freeeeezing cold given the time we were there. Always got a sunbed. No need to pack towels as the hotel supplies one and if you want to change it, it's just 1e. Biggest pool bar I've ever seen and lots of seating. Bar snacks good-we just had the club sandwiches. The hotel grounds are lovely and well kept. Minuses-Our room, 409, (which I nicknamed Fawlty Towers) had a door which you had to bang really hard to shut (advice from reception). Every time we went out or in, the next door neighbours popped their heads out to see what the noise was. The toilet took a lifetime to flush. You had to stand with your hand on the flush plate forever. The bathplug got stuck down so one night I had to shower with my husbands previous shower water around my feet. This was sorted out the following day by removing said plug (so if we had wanted a bath there was no chance). Mini bus-easy to get hold of at reception. Up to 4 people going into Parga, it costs 7e which is a bargain, but if you are a couple, like us, it's still 7 e which is one euro dearer than a taxi. (Taxis can be booked at reception too and usually turn up quickly.) So, we went by minibus one night and the driver gave us a card to phone for the return which we did but no-one picked up the phone at the hotel. We walked to taxi rank. All in all, we had a good stay. Only there for 4 nights for celebration. Met some lovely people. Staff very friendly. Probably wouldn't stay there again owing to distance to town and my lazy legs and panting lungs!

“A little too far”

Just returned from 2 weeks at adams hotel,welcome drink on arrival, checked in by 2 very friendly lady's, had room 205 very clean and light ,plenty of storage space comfy bed and large bathroom with excellent shower,decent balcony, friendly staff at bar and restaurant, breakfast room doubles up… more

Just returned from 2 weeks at adams hotel,welcome drink on arrival, checked in by 2 very friendly lady's, had room 205 very clean and light ,plenty of storage space comfy bed and large bathroom with excellent shower,decent balcony, friendly staff at bar and restaurant, breakfast room doubles up as The olive tree restaurant but though advertised was not open for the 2 weeks ,had to eat in one night due to weather but had to eat food in the bar area ,beef fillet 26 euros but sadly it was delivered cold,pool area ok could always get a bed but pool gets very deep quickly from one end,only downside is the walk back and to to beautiful Parga , 20 minute walk uphill on way back,hotel has courtesy bus but they charge you 7 euros to use it ,strange,all in all good hotel but when we return will stay closer to town

This is a very nice hotel set in pretty gardens where we spent a lovely week. The first thing I would say is that the hotel to us was not 4* but a solid 3*. We were bed and breakfast and tbh we re glad we didn’t eat here based on the breakfasts we had. We ate breakfast 3 times before deciding to eat in the town. The breakfast was the same on every occassion at the hotel. Very limited with no fresh fruit. I enjoy a cooked breakfast but unless you like just fried egg, chipolata hot dog tasting sausages and no bacon other than fried ham it’s quite poor and uninspiring The room was spotless with excellent maid service. Nothing complimentary in room, no bathrobes, not tea no coffee, no mini bar which we found unusual for a 4* hotel. The bathroom was very basic and a bit tired. Small basic standard bath ( very slippy) with overhead shower that wouldn’t stay fixed and had to be hand held. Air con in room was excellent with a very comfy bed and great quiet nights sleep every night. Apart from having a drink and sun bathing there’s absolutely nothing going on in the hotel by way of entertainment and this is by the pool or under the pool roofed area. Evening meals were served in the OliveTree restaurant but we can’t comment as we never dined there. The staff we found to be very friendly and helpful but a few struggled to understand English. Hotel operated an on call any time car/ mini bus service which was only a euro more than a taxi. The driver was very courteous and when called responded immediately. This was excellent because getting a normal taxi was a nightmare. On the subject of location it’s a 15 to 20 minute downhill walk to the town which wasn’t bad, but walking home was uphill and was a bind tbh. Prices of snacks drinks at the hotel were reasonable. The pool is reasonably sized and we always managed to get a sunbed although for me the beds were too close together which I felt was intrusive and I was not comfortable with. A free pool towel was given on arrival but if you wanted a fresh one it was 1 euro every time. The hotel is right next to a busy main road so there is quite a bit of road noise while sunbathing, but in fairness this was not the case in the room. Praga town is absolutely amazing with hundreds of bars restaurants and shops which is mind blowing all set on a beautiful coast with stunning views. In summary this is a nice hotel with nice staff. If you’re not bothered with the walk to town or back or resorting to taxi you’ll find yourself in amazing Praga. We were happy overall with hotel despite negatives but would try somewhere closer to the town next time.
