arrived at the hotel a few days after opening, warm reception from staff, took us to our rooms personaly, showed us how everything works. rooms are beautifu the view was great [ 310], cleaned everyday, water in fridge replaced everyday. parts of the hotel were still getting finished off but this did not affect us at all. pool area and pool beautiful, sun loungers fab, although need a lot more when the hotel full. pool bar a bit pricey but staff were fantastic. even the building men so friendly and polite. always smiling. never heard a drill or building work. the staff could not do enough for us in this hotel from cleaners to management are so hard working and always polite breakfast good but could do with a better way of serving the eggs, you have to order the fried, poached, scrambled, by the time they were served we had eated our bacon tomatoes beans. plenty of choice though. location of this hotel is brilliant , right on the beach andstali right in the middle of stalis. such a chilled out resort, plenty of bars and places to eat, although i would avoid 4 brothers , not impressed at all and expensive. visit maries on the corner, lovely place to eat, staff lovely. highly recommend alai hotel and. stalis, had a great holiday. will defo be returning asap

Arrived a day later than expected as hotel was not open, hotel is operational but still bits of work being carried out, however didn't really affect our stay, special mention to Stella (room service), Anastasia, Paulina & of course Adonnis (restaurant staff & manager), Daniella (reception) & lastly but not least Dimitri (builder), this hotel is being modernized & is going to be an amazing place to stay, special thanks to all of the above for making our stay special, rooms cleaned every day, buffet breakfast is lovely, all the staff at this hotel are brilliant & that adds to the overall experience of your holiday, great pools just behind the beach, free beach beds, safe & air conditioning, great room, beds & shower, the hotels position is central Stalida. An amazing hotel with amazing staff

Stayed here for 10 nights the beginning of October 23. First of all I want to recommend the staff here, they were all very friendly and attentive, at breakfast and dinner we never waited long for drinks. The room was clean and tidy and we had fresh towels and water daily. The location is perfect, being so close to the beach is really nice. The only fault I have with this hotel is the cost of drinks, a pint of mythos is €7, which is a lot. Also my wife got a bottle of ice tea and was charged €6! No ice or glass. Of course this doesn't really matter as there is a shop over the road where you can buy ice cold beer for <€2, and also bars where drinks are cheaper. Overall we were very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend!

“Nice hotel with very disappointing poor quality food”

The rooms were nice and clean with change of bedding and towels every other day and 2 bottles of water left in our room everyday. The rooms were nice and clean with change of bedding and towels every other day and 2 bottles of water left in our room everyday. We had to get the shower head and kettle changed because they both were faulty. The shower leaked every time we used it. The staff especially the male staff weren't very friendly but the room service ladies were extremely friendly. The restaurant was like a school canteen very basic. The food and plates were cold every meal. The coffee jugs were made in advanced and covered with a beach towel so if you went down to breakfast later the coffee was cold. The orange juice was plain water mixed with a sachet of Orange crystals. Nearly all the tables had dirty folded napkins under the legs to stop them from wobbling. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasty bread for breakfast. This is the only thing we had for breakfast because everything else was cold. We had to eat out 4 evenings because the food was so bad, which made it an expensive holiday. There wasn't a Gym as advertised. There wasn't a bar to use on an evening or a very relaxing lounge. Didn't get any help from the rep at all. We didn't let the hotel spoil our holiday because it was the first holiday abroad we have had for over 4 years. Definitely wont go again.
