This is our first trip to Crete. We booked directly with the hotel and got a much better deal than with the travel agents. Our return flights were £540 for three of us return to Birmingham and the hotel did a great deal for the three of us All inclusive, we booked a private transfer for 60euro via the hotel and got there in under 40mins… The hotel staff are exceptional and are just so very helpful. We arrived late at night and we were upgraded to a family room with the most fabulous sea view. The room was spacious with a. A separate sleeping area for my 13yo daughter. The hotel is traditional quite intimate and easy to get around. It would be very good for anyone with accessibility issues. The hotel is very clean and chamber maid service is frequent. The breakfast is lovely with freshly squeezed orange juice and a coffee station that serves all variety of fresh coffee. All expected stations are there, omelettes, continental, pancakes - they even do baked beans. Evening meal is simple but the pasta station is very fresh and is as good as any All inclusive at this level. Drinks, they serve everything you would expect and Beefeater Gin and Absolute Vodka as part of all inclusive. The hotel is only about 260 rooms so no sunbed fights and things seem to just flow at a relaxed pace. The area of Sissi is just adorable and everything a little fishing village should be - it has a beautiful cove for swimming and a lovely shopping area with a flurry of bars and restaurants. I really would recommend this area it is very very pretty. The hotel do a free shuttle bus to a local beach which is beautiful and the sunbeds are very cheap to rent 13euro for 3 and the cafe sell beer for 2.5euro so everything is very affordable. I think this holiday is fantastic value for money and the area is delightful. My only advice would be that an update on the sun beds and umbrellas would give the hotel a more premium feel and bottled water in fridges would be helpful along with some soft drinks in the mini bar. My advise is to book directly with the hotel for the best deal.

What a fab place. We had a lovely 2 bedroom suite with pool. It was cleaned every day by lovely friendly housekeeping staff. The food was excellent ( don’t normally like all inclusive as very repetitive). We were here 2 weeks and the choices and standards of food were 5 star. The staff who worked in the seating area outside were so attentive, especially Manoulis and Egli. They couldn’t have done anymore for us. Their wit and charm should not go unrecognised and they are a credit to Vasia. I attended classes at the gym and the gym itself. We also had fabulous spa treatments and use of the hydro therapy area. Angelika in the leisure club was a member of staff who stood out. She was so customer focussed and friendly. Gym was well equipped. Lovely setting, beautiful village of Sissi only 10 min walk. First time in Crete. This hotel was best I have stayed in for years for staff, location and food. Thanks

“Outstanding bar experience”

If you see Vasilis in the bar you know theres going to be a fun experience. Always smiling and ready to serve you without question. Best guy here. The hotel was an all in all great experience. Would recommend to families.Again, look for Vasilis in the bar if you want to have a good time

“Perfect family holiday”

We had an absolutely perfect holiday here. We went in May with twins ages 6. It was the first holiday I’ve been on (since having kids!) where I didn’t feel stressed. We had an absolutely perfect holiday here. We went in May with twins ages 6. It was the first holiday I’ve been on (since having kids!) where I didn’t feel stressed. There were fantastic food options for them at each meal and the snacks being available at pool was really helpful. The entertainment was fine for us, kids would have liked more mini disco but not having every night I like as it meant we didn’t have to rush to it each evening. We stayed in a two bed executive room with walled pool. This was also amazing as kids could swim late and have fun with out having to leave the oooo to wait in a hotel room to get ready to go out. Miss club was amazing. Having sessions and activities listed so my girls could chose what sessions they wanted to go. They made friends and loved the staff.
