“Nice hotel, bad and expensive food”

The resort is beautifully designed and the rooms are lovely. The service is overall very good. Unfortunately the food is overpriced and not the quality you expect at all. Very disappointing. There are toddlers everywhere. So if you are not in this category I would find another place.

This is a beautiful property with a lovely private beach and amazing food choices. The grounds are impeccable and the service is outstanding, however it felt overrun with children under 5. The amount of noise generated by toddlers and small babies in what is a relatively small resort made the week feel more stressful than being in the office. I could not enjoy a single breakfast without children running around the restaurant or screaming. The noise level was unbearable and difficult to tolerate. I would 100% return if this property was adults only or for families with older children. So, unless you are comfortable with being around hundreds of infants I would book elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel with dazzling designs, amazing inside park, sea, food and staff. BUT! We couldn't get the real rest because of noisy toddlers. Beautiful hotel with dazzling designs, amazing inside park, sea, food and staff. BUT! We couldn't get the real rest because of noisy toddlers. The hotel looked like designed for at least 12+ of age visitors but was crowded with little kids. We had to watch the timing when they go to buffet to avoid the noise during the breakfasts and dinners. But it was impossible, they were always around. I loved the hotel but couldn't relax. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, hope one day it will become with age limit.

Good first impression and the went steadily down hill. The lobby, restaurants and some specific rooms are styled well. The rest of the hotel is an after thought. The garden view, upgraded pool view and bungalow rooms feels really old but updated with new mirrors and bedside tables. The outside areas of these rooms are covered in mud and weeds. I got locked in my bathroom with my baby because the doors are so old. We had to move rooms 3 times and they were all just as bad. The best was a signature room (the ones in the photos) but you are not allowed to stay there with a child. Service was extremely lacking. Everything too much trouble, done either reluctantly or at an excessive charge. Waiting for drinks that didn’t arrive, to broken glass to be cleaned to charging to use a room for a shower before checkout. The hotel is also positioned next to a rocky beach with graffiti around. On the plus side it’s very relaxed with families and the pool is heated to a good temp. I felt quite comfortable with my baby being free to be a baby. I wouldn’t recommend sadly due to service .
