Welcoming and knowledgeable staff at reception who were so helpful and took time despite being really busy, when deciding upon which trip to take. We particularly enjoyed the layout and beautiful surrounds of this hotel. Not too big and not too small. There are plenty of options to get involved in some poolside activities, if you wish, which are fun and well thought out. If not just chilĺ by the poolside. The activities are a perfect mix of engaging with people who need a bit more than lying on their lounger without being too raucous and noisy and are fun and sociable. A huge array of breakfast choices and a lovely area for poolside snacks with an area providing shade as well as a poolside bar and area behind to take in the glorious sea views. When the evening entertainment was on it was great - fire eaters and fabulous dancers encouraging people to get involved if they wished to so. We enjoyed playing a bit of table tennis with the undercover area near the bottom pool. The roooms have everything you need including a decent sized fridge, hairdryer etc. Yes, one or two sun loungers need replaced but we never had issues trying to find a sun lounger. It's so easy to find faults with everything if thats how you wish to view things in life or you can just get on with enjoying this lovely gem of a hotel which provides excellent value for money with its welcoming staff in this tranquil, lush and colourful hotel and it's surrounds.

After reading some reviews on a Sissi appreciation facebook group I was concerned. However we arrived at 1am and the hotel had prepared us a plated meal with bread and water. The chap on reception took us to our room and helped with luggage. Our room was as pictured on tui website a deluxe double, clean and bed was really comfy and we slept well. Was disappointed with our balcony as it faced a wall, however we just spent more time at the pool. We only used the top pool and never had a problem getting a sunbed. There was also another pool and a separate sun terrace which we didn't use. The pool we used was clean and had good access. We were ghalf board and breakfast had lots of choices and always enjoyed. Evening meal we ate in 4 out if 6 nights and we enjoyed our choices. Plenty of salad, veg options, fish, meat and poultry along with pizza and pasta options. Drinks in the bar and restaurant were similarly priced to restaurants and bars. The restaurant staff worked hard shout outs to Ervis and Miranda who were delightful. Have recently read a review on here to say the area was filthy, yes there were bird droppings on the floor and a few fir tree bits but the tables were cleaned between every guest use and if you choose to eat outside under trees surely you expect this and there are plenty of tables inside if not. We are outside every meal and had no issues. I do feel they could put up more hand rails as plenty of steps and did see them putting up more on our last day. All in all we liked the hotel including the food. Entertainment was low key but fun and we ticked our daily excerise box with aquagym. All in all clean and comfy hotel in a lovely Greek village. Please also bear in mind 4* in Greece is not UK 4*.

The room was lovely ,great seaview, with a balcony as requested. Good maid service with towels changed daily. However the site was very rundown paint peeling everywhere around the second smaller swimming pool,and no handrails present, rust and cracks along the walls. In the ladies toilets in this area, both toilets had no toilet seats. Not enough sunbeds and some were broken. During breakfast there was only one antiquated toaster available which had to be taken away for repair to be replaced by a small household toaster. One hot drinks machine only, which led to several queues forming

“Good value budget holiday”

We arrived late (elevenish) check in was ok and the receptionist showed us to our room 265, which was as we had asked for, top floor, there are no lifts and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs which was ok for us but would be a problem for the less mobile. We were then directed to the restaurant where they gave us water bread and a plated meal, we had emailed ahead as one of us is vegetarian and one plate was vegetarian. The room was dated but reasonably clean, beds were firm, the shower was always hot, there was a safe in the room, The fridge was in a side room which also had plenty of storage and hanging space, because the fridge was behind a door no noise from it. Kettle and tea/ coffee making facilities were good, although replenishment was sporadic. The beds were made most days and cleaning just adequate. The air con was very good. The balcony overlooked the road and hills, the furniture had seen better days but was adequate. We had a late check out and were not able to keep the room but were able to book a shower at the sister hotel for our leaving time. The nearest beach Buffos was advertised as being 150m away, this is not correct it is at least 500m if not more and if you use the road and not the rough track, even further. This is a rough stoney beach We travelled with Jet 2 and found the holiday very good value for a budget holiday. The restaurant food was plentiful, of a reasonable quality and choice both at breakfast and evening. The staff work extremely hard and the tables are cleared quickly so we must mention, Ervis, Zico, Nicholas and Roy.
