Excellent few days away as a group of 14 of us - Ralph and his colleagues looked after us brilliantly - accommodated us with seating us altogether . Breakfast was delicious every morning, dinner options were lovely too. The roof top swimming pool and chill out area was beautiful and the sauna was hugely appreciated . Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable . The location of the hotel is perfect within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars .

“Toto-ally fantastic”
We really enjoyed our stay at Kirki. A big shout out to all staff there who were very friendly & welcoming, working hard to make our holiday great. We really enjoyed our stay at Kirki. A big shout out to all staff there who were very friendly & welcoming, working hard to make our holiday great. A special mention goes out to Toto, who lit up our day / evening , a gentleman and a real character who left guests smiling and laughing in his wake . We had a room with a sea view which I would recommend over the inland view, which was regularly cleaned and kept spotless. Overall the warmth of all at Kirki shone through. We had a lovely holiday, loved Panormos and Crete. Yamas Toto and all at Kirki

“The best first experience in Greece!”
Hi,I really recommend this hotel for everything: quite place and very nice ,friendly staff. How can you ask for more when you have everything in one spot plus the beach very close only 10 min walk. We will be back for sure! Thank you very much Kirki village,kind regards from Ramona and Paul!

“Reluctant to tell you, incase too many people come and we can’t get in next time”
So charming, amazing friendly staff, Brilliant service, great food, comfortable clean room with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Hidden gem and handy for exploring East or West Cretan coast.

Such a beautiful relaxing hotel. The restaurant staff couldnt do enough for you, and always did the little extra to make sure youre comfortable. Such a beautiful relaxing hotel. The restaurant staff couldnt do enough for you, and always did the little extra to make sure youre comfortable. Pool was lovely and clean, our room was especially clean and fresh! The air conditioning was 100% the BEST! Room got cleaned daily. Great access to lots of excursions through Dimitris in the reception. The village of Panormo was so charming and beautiful, very traditional but with a supermarket just down the street. We had the most amazing time!
