Absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel Creta Palace! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds, clean pools, and easy access to a private beach that’s perfect for relaxing. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, offering breathtaking views of the sea. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes – every meal felt like a treat. We especially enjoyed the variety of Greek dishes at the hotel’s restaurants. The atmosphere at Grecotel Creta Palace is calm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the nearby area, there’s no shortage of things to do. We’re already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

“Very nice experience!”
We had a wonderful stay there. It’s a very beautiful hotel for families and everything you need is inside. The stuff is very polite and kind. The beach is very nice and it has also one big pool and one for the kids! The good was also very delicious! I would recommend it for sure!! We will be back!!

Wonderful hotel. Great location. (nearby city center) Looked after us daily very well and rooms were spacious and clean. All people were amazing and very friendly. Food in restaurants was tasty and service excellent. Huge variety of alcohol and kids -suggestions- drinks as well. Staff in reception were very helpful and knowledgeable of local area. My 2 kids (7yo and 4yo) loved kids club. Check in was very fast and efficiency. 2025 is loading.

This is a lovely well maintained hotel, set in a great location with a beautiful pool and communal areas. We were in a well appointed and large family suite which was a pleasure to stay in. The staff cannot do enough for you. The main buffet is in a beautiful court yard and the food selection is vast and well considered. If all Grecotel's are like this then we will be back!

“Pleasant but not WOW!”

We have just finished our 5 day stay at Grecotel Creta Palace. This is not our first stay in a Grecotel or our first 5* Hotel Stay. We’ve also not long come back from an Iberostar Selection. Therefore, I feel it’s only fair that I measure this hotel against similar. Firstly we booked everything via Love Holidays. I would strongly recommend that you do NOT book your transfer with them. TLT are a disgrace. Our transfer was as long as the flight after a long day. We missed our meals but luckily the hotel kept the restaurant open but with limited food. The entrance to the hotel is very attractive and you are greeted extremely well. The hotel is very well kept with lots of staff. We honestly didn’t meet a member of staff who couldn’t do enough or was rude. The main bar staff are fantastic as is Maria at pool side and all waiting staff. It appears to be something that Grecotel pride themselves on as are the staff at Kommeno Bay. There are however some down sides to Creta Palace both Kommeno & Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura have superior rooms. They are bigger and feel more 5*. We have our 15yr old son and the limited space meant it was difficult in mornings & evenings. I also feel the food at both other places was better. Self service for coffee would be much better as it can be a long wait. It was good but unfortunately we weren’t blown away. The pool unfortunately goes into the shade quite early in the afternoon as the sun goes behind the hotel. There was also a lot of children for a 5* and they were all at the main pool which I feel says something about the children’s. An adults only area would be nice. There is also no pool bar. It’s completely waited on service. You can’t go and sit down and relax and have a drink anywhere pool side like at Kommaneo Bay or Iberostar. All in all it was a pleasant stay and again the staff are fantastic but the hotel is lacking in some areas. Unless you stay 7 days you also don’t qualify for the themed restaurants and have to pay.
