Amazing all-inclusive hotel with good drinks and shows. Entretaiment programs were amazing for rxample water zumba! At first food was good but then after week it came a little bit similar every meal but the snack bar was great add for every day meals! I would recommend this hotel for everyone since it's suitable for families and couples!

“Not the worst hotel but not the best either”

Nice hotel but set up wrong 1 bar for the whole complex just isn't enough for the amount of people there food is mostly the same every day if you have chicken at dinner your definitely having chicken in some sauce for tea the pop is awful lemonade taste like lemon juice the coke was worse than ch... more

Nice hotel but set up wrong 1 bar for the whole complex just isn't enough for the amount of people there food is mostly the same every day if you have chicken at dinner your definitely having chicken in some sauce for tea the pop is awful lemonade taste like lemon juice the coke was worse than cheap coke so bought from the on site shop everyday which works out expensive especially with 3 kids room was lovely and spacious very comfortable beds and cleaned everyday the air con was good if your size 16+ good luck getting in the shower the doors don't open very wide and always make sure you have a towel down as the shower leaks every time you use it as my 3 year old found out when he slipped and hurt his knee the staff are really nice and always helpful with anything you need matt the entertainer is amazing and definitely doesn't get paid enough for all he does he was the life of the hotel.. No lifeguards in the main pool only by the slides and not sure if they are qualified life guards as 1 day they was life guards the next behind the bar or working in the restaurant.. I read reviews before I went and they said about ants but by god I had enough ants in my room too start my own ant farm I definitely wouldn't say it's a 4* hotel I'd say more 2 or 3 but it's not a terrible hotel Maria on reception is fab if you need anything she will get it sorted for you..

I read the reviews before we went so I was a little apprehensive but I was very pleasantly surprised. We arrived at about 1 am, there was food on offer, cold meats and salad which was a very nice surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a two bedroom overlooking the pool. Very clean with comfortable beds lots of room and good size bathroom with a bath. Someone wasn’t thinking when they put the shower in the opposite end of the bath to the shower screen, but it just meant there was water on the floor after a shower, didn’t ruin our holiday at all. We found the food absolutely lovely, yes sometimes it wasn’t as hot as it could have been, but there was a good variety every meal time, I don’t think they repeated anything while we were there. There were pasta dishes every night too and chips so if you go all the way to Crete and not want to try different/local food you’ll be ok. There were times there were no plates or forks but only for a minute before a friendly member of staff went off to replenish, again not something that is going to ruin a holiday. The drinks were also acceptable, we knew we weren’t going to get Gordon’s and fever tree, so drank what they had which was perfectly ok. The bar staff again were very friendly, they work long hours and there were not enough of them. There did seem to be more staff on our last couple of days. Still the wait at the bar didn’t kill us we just ordered 2 drinks each every time. Our boys enjoyed the slides, they loved the fact there were no queues. No one got injured on any of the slides either. The entertainment seemed ok, but we’re not ones for joining in usually so can’t really comment. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star review because as others have said it is sort of in the middle of nowhere so you can’t go out for a little wander round shops or go to other bars etc. We did however take a bus to the market in Kolymbari which was small but nice, and a bus into Chania which was absolutely lovely. Again the reception staff were very helpful with information on bus times, where to catch the bus etc. I would go back to this hotel, maybe hire a car so we could explore further.
