Once again, thank you to everyone at Sergiani for making our holiday so special. A relaxing stay with lots of fun and laughs by the pool; nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks especially to Nikos and Manolis.

We cannot recommend this complex more highly. The food is varied and authentic bursting with Greek flavours and cooked and served by dedicated staff. The service is second to none and all guests become part of Monolis’s family for the duration of their stay. Nothing is too much trouble. Nico’s bar, well that’s we call is where you are always guaranteed a cheeky monkey smile and a laugh. Nicos you always make our holiday complete. So next year make Crete and Sergiani’s your home we have met so many people who are repeat customers. We have been going since 2016. Simon, Melissa, Adam , Lewis and Kay 😎🍻

“Amazing 2 week holiday”

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children, we had a 1 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious, 2 single beds in the first room you walk into with a kitchenette, dining table with 2 chairs. Stayed here with my husband and 2 children, we had a 1 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious, 2 single beds in the first room you walk into with a kitchenette, dining table with 2 chairs. Then into the bedroom with 2 single beds made up as a double, shower room clean - not very modern but clean which is all that is important. Towels and bedding changed every couple of days and bins changed every day, cleaner was lovely and friendly and the few occasions we saw her in passing. 4 bottles of water waiting in the fridge when we arrived. We had a downstairs apartment with patio area with 4 chairs and table. Pool area clean with bar area and kitchen for bar snacks. Nikos who served in the pool bar made us very welcome and couldn’t be any more helpful, food very good very attentive. Food at the restaurant also very good. Fabulous family holiday, We will be returning 🇬🇷

“Very comfortable room”

THIS was further over than I have ever stayed in Stalis, close to the border with Malia, but I had a lovely compact apartment. It had a large sleeping area, its own bathroom with shower and toilet and a small kitchen area with cooker, kettle and fridge. Best of all was the storage space with a rail full of coat hangers to take all my shirts and plenty of drawers for everything else. There were also a number of handy power points so I could recharge my phone and camera batteries while double doors led out on to a little balcony area with a table and two chairs from which to relax and enjoy mountain views. Those of you planning on visiting the Sergiani need to be aware of one critically important thing. The heat. Stalis had the hottest start to June that anyone could remember with temperatures regularly 40C+. It reached 44C at one point while I was there with 47C on the south coast. Incredibly people seemed to ignore this at least until there were several deaths, a host of hospital and doctor's surgery admissions for heatstroke, rashes and exhaustion and people collapsing in restaurants, so take care and cover up during the hottest part of the day. Sergiani actually has large parts of its outdoor restaurant area, where they serve excellent meals, under cover to provide some escape from the sun while the site also has a swimming pool while the gardens are lovely. I didn't use air conditioning because initially there was some doubt about how long the heat would last. By the time everyone realised it was here to stay I only had three or four days left and it wasn't worth the expense of about 50E per week. Service at Sergiani was very good and my room was so well maintained that I made a point of finding the cleaner and giving her a decent tip. The centre of Stalis is a 20-25 minute walk which is always pleasant because of the variety of things to see along the way from restaurants, bars and cocktail lounges to bakeries, a little church and even a perfumery. All in all Sergiani guided by the friendly Manos really looked after me and I would have no hesitation in going back.
