If you want a relaxed quiet holiday then this is perfect, we came here on the 4th of October for a week, you get dropped off by the coach and have to walk to the hotel as this is old town and no way could a huge coach get round the little corners, to be fair there is only 2, get off the coach, walk about 30 feet, turn left, walk about 1 min and turn left again, up there on the right passed the resteraunt is the hotel, you'll see the sign, go in passed the pool to the reception on the left, that's it, it literally takes a few mins, as its old town the scenery along the walk is amazing so take a steady 5 min walk and you're there. I've read the other reviews, the negatives complaint about being told off, well if you come to a hotel and expect to act 10 years old and have no respect for your surroundings, others holidays, the locals, then you should be told to quieten down, who wants a holding when there's adults acting like kids that never leave the house and having no respect for another person's property, remember this is a small family run hotel and it's theirs not yours. If you act like a kid you'll probabaly be treated like one, this isn't unique to this hotel, you'll find that anywhere in life. The staff are all super friendly, every one of them, all smiles, if you think anyone is hostile that's probabaly because you are winding everyone up acting like a child. This isn't a get pissed and cause drama kind of place, and you're not talking quietly and being told off, you're more than likely hammered and shouting your heads off ruining the peace everyone else is having, and if it came to a point you have to be told to calm down then you're going over the top, so don't give negative reviews because you can't get drunk and trash the place, my advice is to go to one of the local supermarkets, check the shelves for some Respect, it's going to be on a low shelf for you immature kids to reach 🤣 THE TOILET ROLL ISSUE How can you go to a self catering holiday and complain about toilet roll, I mean really who does that, there's some here, and there is loads of cheap supermarkets all over, only a few minutes walk away is a huge one that has everything, cheaper than in the UK and yes they sell toilet roll, come on its so cheap at the shops. The room itself is really tidy and clean, the cleaning lady is sweet and always smiling, the pool is clean too, lots of sunbeds, you have all the amenities you need, as far as self catering goes you have everything you need and shops nearby, there is not 1 thing to complain about, the place is great, the location is great, the staff are great, the weather is great, large enough balcony, comfy beds, you dont need anything else. In the say one side of the hotel faces the sun and the other the shade, so if you want the sun and the heat in the afternoon ask to see if the mountain view/car park side is available, if you want shade and a cooler night ask to see if the old town view/road side is available, might not be but worth an ask, we have the road view and it will be cooler on the night and we can sit out, watch the natives go by, it's really nice. This is the old town so it's really scenic, your only a 10 to 15 min steady walk from the main strip, we went for a walk at 7pm for a Mixed Grill, ended up at a place called No Name, yes it's literally called No Name lol, we had a plate full of mixed Kebab meat, Chicken, Chips, Salad, Bread, I mean loads, we were bloated, it cost us £16.80 or 20 euros, amazing, we did have a cat sat watching who jumped from person to person giving it the sad eyes and pleading poverty, with a fat belly, fooling no one. At the end of the street of the hotel is a travel/events place on the corner, lovely lady in there booked us sea fishing for tomorrow, 3 hours and travel for 45 euros, prices were cheaper than others so check there for events. This is our second night and there is no entertainment on, but it will be out of season so that's expected, ive never thought it the hotels job to entertain you myself but there you go, ide rather it that way as then we're not kept up all night with drunks singing and shouting, all we hear is the odd vehicle, you'll see the old guys go by on the scooters and often an old lady side saddle 😊 oh and 1 cricket who doesn't shut up for 1 second, his legs must be killing. One person complained they had to pay 100 euros tax, that won't be true, the tax is a Greek Government thing and has nothing to do with the hotel, the amount of tax is decided by the hotel star and how many people there are, we are a couple and here for 7 nights, it was 10.50 euros total, that's it, even if you had a family of 4 for 2 weeks it would be 42 euros for 4 people for 14 nights, and remember this is a Greek government thing not a hotel thing so don't whinge at the hotel about it. There is a charge for Air Con but I prefer not to have it, mainly as many have said it can make you ill, this is because of the draft you sleep in and the units can hold bacteria, this is an air con issue not a hotel one. There is free WiFi (woohoo you cry), it's between 1 and 5mbps, that enough to use your phone, use a laptop etc, no limits on what devices you use, there is an ethernet port also and cheap electric shops down the road for an ethernet cable if you need one, So ignore the negative reviews, you can see they are all by young ones who couldn't act like spoilt kids, be roudy and trash the place at 3am, or people who think self catering means they don't have to buy toilet roll, there is not 1 thing wrong with the place, I run my own businesses back in the UK, and I know you can't please everyone so there will always be negative reviews, but you'll only see negatives from young parties and people with a toilet roll fetish! Weirdos! It's a beautiful island, lovely people, and a perfect hotel to enjoy it in, remember its not your home or your country or culture so be respectful, you'll have a better holiday 👍

as a group of 4 young teens don’t believe the rest of the reviews, as long as ur not acting like a total wido the security guard is lovely and made us feel super safe in our weeks stay even sorting out some irish idiots giving us hassle. Nice clean apartments, basic but has everything you need. Snack bar was a life saver tasty cheap food for brekkie and lunch. Had one small problem with the key holder that got fixed immediately. Really close to the strip for a night out but can’t hear any of the noise. Super cute dog too love u nina.
