Excellent Friendly service. Hotel is 10mins to Malia and 10mins to Stalis. My grandson hired a scooter and I rented a scooter/mini quad from a friendly business nearby to the hotel. I don't understand why this hotel has so many dodgy reviews. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are so lovely and helpful.
