“Love this hotel and the area so much”

After a fabulous stay last year we decided to re-book for this year something we don’t usually do as we like to visit different places. We loved everything about this hotel, the staff are the most helpful and friendly, especially the lovely young men on reception. A special mention must be given to Luigi who made our visit even more special because of his wonderful personality and attention to detail. The management must be very proud of their wonderful staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms were adequate for our needs, a decent size, comfortable beds etc. pool area very pleasant but as we like to get out and about we didn’t use this facility very much. The hotel is set on a main road with lots of shops selling clothes and jewellery and lots more. Five minutes over the road and you are on the beach front. The public bus is practically outside of the hotel with timetable available at the bus stop. The food at the hotel was lovely the only fault (and this is a personal comment ) is that the food could have been hotter. Hope to see you all again next year as we love this hotel and the area so much. Thankyou for a lovely holiday ❤️

“YES YES YES”
Me and my partner went to this absolutely amazing hotel, food was really good and a proper taste of Greece. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind! The rooms are convenient and very clean, with everything you need! Would 100% go again loved every second!

Great hotel has had a partial upgrade with more to follow this winter. Front rooms have been upgraded so far. Lovely staff. Food good for all inclusive. Drinks available was a good selection. Proper glasses in main bar. Plastic by the pool. Bed comfy. Pool small but OK for a dip on hot day.ver… more

“Sergios Hotel - October 2024”

stayed here with my partner for my birthday and had absolutely no issues. wonderful location, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. we found the food to be a little hit and miss so often had dinner out but it was good for the most part. very clean. the bar was fantastic and Aggelos our bartender was absolutely lovely and truly made my birthday special so hats off to him. rooms were small but clean. we did have an issue with water all over our bathroom floor every time we showered though. considering what we paid though (not much!), they definitely far exceeded our expectations. thank you to all the staff and Aggelos in particular for making our stay so magical :)

Went to this hotel a few weeks ago with friends. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Hotel in a central location. We were lucky and had a room at the back which had a large balcony. Went to this hotel a few weeks ago with friends. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Hotel in a central location. We were lucky and had a room at the back which had a large balcony. I believe the rooms at the front can be noisy mainly from traffic noise. The room was adequate, typically Greek. However the downside for us was the smell of damp coming from the drain in the bathroom. Food on the whole was ok. Disappointingly there was a lot of pasta. I know they have to cater to the masses and a lot of people do live on pasta. There were lots of desserts to choose from, the baklava was lovely. The white fish had no texture again due to catering for lots of people. The dining area was not really big enough for the size of the hotel. Especially in the evening, we often had to squeeze the three of us on a table for two. The manager was often around and in fact ate in the restaurant. Most of the time we could get a sunbed, generally people did not put there towels down hogging them all day, then coming for half an hour at the end of the day. The pool itself was ok. Some reviews mentioned that this could not be as clean as it should and favoured the next door hotels pool, we found it the opposite way round. All in all it was satisfactory for the price.
