The tourist centre is only a few metres away. The town Heraklion is around 27 km away (Malia around 6 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 500 m. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 100 m away. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 50 m. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 28 km away. Guests at Senses Blue Boutique Hotel say: Stayed there for 7 nights. Here are pros and cons: Pros: • Very beautiful hotel, recently renovated, I believe. The pictures online are the old version, so I had that expectation going in, but was surprised, when a really nice interior and exterior welcomed me. • The hotel is 16+, which for the most part was true. I saw some kids, but they were never at the pool thankfully, so it was very relaxing. • Very polite and kind crew of workers. Every day there are the same workers. It felt very familiar and safe. • Rooms are nice. I travelled in a party of 3, so my room had two main beds and one extra (a couch turned into a bed). Beds were comfortable, got a very good night sleep every night. • The rooftop pool area is very nice, renovated and has a great view. • Check out was at 12.00 in the morning. Our flight was at night. Thankfully they let us spend the day waiting at the rooftop pool area. Cons, but not really, because they’re not that bad: • Breakfast was okay, but the coffee they use is instant coffee, which completely turned me off, so I quit drinking coffee for the whole trip. • Also the orange or apple juices are not real. • The rooftop pool bar is not open, most of the time. • There is no duvet/comforter (very common for the Mediterranean hotels, since it’s hot during the night). There is a bedsheet and you can add a blanket which they provide on top of the bedsheet and pretend it’s a duvet. • The rooftop pool doesn’t have enough sunbeds for everyone. • One of the towels, which we asked for on our last day, after already packing up our own, had puke stains and smelled like it. Also we gave in a guarantee deposit (10€ a towel)z

“Exellent hotel !”

An exellent hotel at the center of Hersonisos that i want to visit again ! amazing rooms and special pool view to the ocean from the roof top pool that overlooks the port of Hersonisos . Surely i will visit again !

“Very bad welcome”

They received us saying the hotel have over booking and we have to move at another hotel ( inferior ranked when we checked).
