We are waiting for our transfer to the airport so I thought I’d write my review on this hotel. We came as a family of 5, we booked a standard garden/Mountain View with Tui, we arrived around 3am and were driven to our room and helped with our bags, when we arrived into the room we realised we’d been given a free upgrade to a superior with seaview room, the room was perfect and our cleaner was absolutely fantastic, made the bedding with shapes for our girls and they loved getting back from the pools to see what had been made. The food here is fantastic, so much variety for everybody, we never ever went hungry, the same with the snack bars they’re also fantastic, I really do think the food here is outstanding. We tried both al la carte’s and they were both lovely, although we preferred the Greek one! The soft drinks are what lets this place down, the fresh orange juice is nice but the Pepsi is nothing like Pepsi, luckily we were given bottled water everyday so we added squash for the children. I will miss the vodka punch for sure! All the pools are great, the top pool is amazing, very clean and the beds are so comfy! I had a full body massage for €100 and it was amazing, really relaxing! Every single member of staff makes this place as good as it is, they are all completely amazing in their own job roles, they’re continually cleaning and keeping on top of everything and to run a hotel this big as well as they do is unbelievable, nothing is ever to much and they’re all so happy to help. Overall we had an absolutely amazing holiday here and would definitely visit again! My main advice is to ignore all the negatives and go with an open mind and just have the best holiday 🇬🇷🫶🏼

This hotel is split into two parts Royal on blue band and imperial on black bands. We were a party of 10 one family with 2 teenagers , one family with 2 younger children and grandparents. We were located in the Royal section some in main hotel and others in family rooms which were 2 minutes walk from the hotel. All rooms were clean and had great views. We used all the restaurants and the food was excellent with plenty of choice. The Pan Asia restaurant was the best I suggest you ask at reception on check in to book this for good availability. The sunbed situation is only at the relaxation pool but if you want the big sofa sunbeds you have to be up early! The other pools have beds and sunbeds are always available if you are prepared to be a little bit away from any pool. The entertainment is typical AI and the children loved it. Soft drinks and beer are available at the serve yourself stations the bar near the pool is sometimes busy and some cocktails are not on the AI. The staff are lovely and the maid service is excellent. The beach is 5 minutes walk away over a busy road . Water sports available at the beach and use of the water park is 10 euros each day 11am-6.30 you receive a different coloured band each day. We all loved our stay here and would find it hard to find any complaints.

We stayed here for a week in July with family. Great hotel, we stayed in superior rooms which were lovely. Food was very good, included two speciality restaurants, the Greek outside and the Asian restaurant both were superb. A choice of 4 pools which was great for the kids. Had to get up very early though to get sunbeds. Entertainment excellent. Lovely beach 5 mins walk away and lovely Greek villages down the road to visit which were about 30.mins walk in total. Hotel also had free shuttle bus to beach. Grandkids loved the hotel and want to come back next year. Would definitely recommend to families.

Food is good, especially the Gyros Snacks. Disappointing that the drink menu at the bar is not very large, although one has booked all inclusive some drinks are not included.
