“Amazing vacation”

I really like the bed it was so fluffy. Stuff are the best. The location is pretty nice. We bought a lot of present for our family they are happy too. Food is amazing! Thanks Maritina for all help which we needed in our trip!Even late at night.She is great!

This hotel is a nice base when visiting the town of Hersonissos in Crete. Previous reviews say the water was cloudy however I never encountered this, yes is does turn green, and purple, blue, white because in the night time they use an under water light to light up the pool (rather cool and nice to look at). I found the buffet a little underwhelming in choice, with the exception of Greek salad, there was never much traditional Greek food instead it was often more Italian/Indian possibly catering to the international guests. My room faced the main road that was busy and had 2 tavernas outside both open till 1am. when your in your room with the door shut you cannot hear anything from outside. The rooms, yes are a little small but plenty big enough for 2 adults, I never had any issues with the bathroom size etc. My only complaints are: Drinks - the cola tastes odd and isn't pleasant. Buffett - This is quite disorganised with no-one arranging anything, seems to be a free for all when in comes to seating. Checkout - there is no-where safe to keep luggage if you have a late pickup, nor is there any changing facilities that would be helpful in order to have a shower before returning to the airport. Keeping your room on for the day incurs a charge of 10 euros per hour (October 2024 prices). Overall, if you asked if I would return to the hotel, the answer would be yes. Would I opt for all inclusive - no, the local bars/tavernas offer great deals and plenty of variety of food and drinks that tempt you away from the limited menu of the hotel.

Would describe this hotel as budget, outdated rooms and facilities, comfortable bed and powerful shower, although the shower cubicle was tiny and soaked the floor, we paid for all inclusive but hardly used it, can get much nicer food and drink in the many other bars and restaurants, there is a bar directly connected to the hotel and we spent a few night drinking and people watching, the staff there were lovely, it’s got a great location in the heart of town, not really suitable if you want somewhere peaceful, staff weren’t overly friendly and if I were to come back to the area I probably wouldn’t stay again
