Just returned from a week at this hotel. The hotel it's self is excellent facilties amazing room very modern and clean. Staff amazing pool area stunning. I was dropped off at the top of the hill to the hotel very late because of the location there are several hotels on the same street and couldn't find the place. But I didn't go into another hotel and they walked me to the correct place. Tourist tax was 70€ which had to be paid in cash in arrival. The food wasn't 5* very limited choice... for picky eaters I would say was great plenty fresh salad, bread meats and cheese, there's is a chef in the corner who prepares egg omelette ect dinner a bit better steak gyros I did eat out a few times. The location is great 2 secs from the beach and 5 mins to the busy strip of hersonisis and the port. Plenty to see and do. Weather was insane. Overall amazing experience an I would return.

“Good but noisey”

I stayed at the Hersonissos Palace with friends for a girly holiday. We were in room 216 which was lovely with a pool view, safe,fridge, very clean. I stayed at the Hersonissos Palace with friends for a girly holiday. We were in room 216 which was lovely with a pool view, safe,fridge, very clean. Some of the other rooms at the other side didn’t have great views. (Car rental car park) the room was lovely and light and the beds are so comfy. We were all inclusive, there was a great choice of food all very fresh. The hotel has a beach bar down the road which is also included on the all inclusive package and this place was lovely. You can eat there once in your stay on the package and I would definitely recommend the American burger with Texas salad. There are sun beds available on the very narrow beach too. Pool and pool bar are lovely. Got the usual sun bed grabbers as early as 6.30 but we managed 6 beds together when we went down at 8.30. Down sides….. the hotel has extremely thin walls, you virtually hear everything you're neighbours are doing 😬 I would definitely advise ear plugs. The pool area gets cleaned everyday about 6.30am. And the sun beds get dragged about. they are very heavy wooden ones and make hell of noise when been moved. I would go back to this hotel only with a pool view though,I don’t think it’s 5 star. 4 would be a better. The indoor pool does not look very inviting and wasn’t very clean. All the staff were lovely.

“It's not a 5 star hotel!!”

On arrival, form filling and hotel tax fee payment made. Rooms are spacial, and side seaview paid for was good but also had view of car park. Housekeeping was done everyday, Thank you cleaners. On arrival, form filling and hotel tax fee payment made. Rooms are spacial, and side seaview paid for was good but also had view of car park. Housekeeping was done everyday, Thank you cleaners. Resturant food was acceptable, greek salads different everyday was nice. They did provide for vegetarians but lunch and evening u had repetitive food, having 3 different pasta dishes at lunch then again you had a pasta dish in evening. Breakfast was nice, the porridge was delicious, thank you. You had some staff friendly and some was not even approchable. Resturant manager was moody and unresponsive. I said thank you after evening meal and he ignored me. Another time he said something in greek and you can tell it was nothing nice! There was only 2 waiteress i would say were friendly and picked dishes up straight away. The rest of staff were not friendly. Reception staff, the lady we enquired about anything was friendly, attentive and helpful, thank you. The most disappointing discovery was it is not a 5 star hotel, i would say 3.5 star. This is misleading and spoils ur holiday, this should be changed to the right star. Does not have five star features, quality and service. Had entertainment for 1 evening which was brilliant, you greek dancers are brilliant, well done! Steps away from the beach which has a hotel bar which was nice as u can sit in there and view the sea. You got the port which is 5 minutes walk and shops and resturants. Would i stay in this hotel again..... No, because of the misleading star rating, average food, some staff attitude.
