“Simply Amazing”

What a lovely place! After reading some reviews whilst at the airport I was expecting the worst BUT it is simply gorgeous. Our villa was on two levels and spotlessly clean. Beds were OK, showers were OK - enough hot water and gardens beautiful. To be honest, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa, we were either by the pool or exploring the area and for us it suited us perfectly. I appreciate that if you were a family on self catering that wanted to cook every night for your family it probably wouldn’t suit but for us it was perfect. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. When we left they said we were the last people there and the whole place was having a refit and new pools being put in so watch this space. It is in a perfect location with loads of bars, restaurants and shops a mere stones throw from the front door. The beach is a walk downhill but again, not that far - took us about 15 minutes. The village of Koutouloufari is amazing and far nicer than being down by the beach. A winner! And now it’s having a refit I have a feeling it will be an amazing complex. Thank you guys for giving us a great holiday!!!!

This was the second year running that we have stayed at Galaxy Villas - and we think we’re pretty fussy - so whilst we understand it may not suit everybody, you have to appreciate that in terms of value for money, we feel that it’s outstanding. Whilst we accept that some things could do with a bit of updating, and that yes, softer mattresses would be appreciated, the hotel and its people for us anyway, are outstanding. We stayed for two weeks in one of their superior sea view villas (number 28). Yes it’s basic but it’s comfortable enough and very spacious. The staff at Galaxy are simply superb; so friendly and helpful. Regarding various comments concerning help with luggage, we don’t recognise these - we were offered and given help in both directions. The villas are clean (and kept clean). We would have no hesitation in staying here again, if/when we return to Koutouloufari.

“Not 4 star”
This hotel is not what is shown on the pictures. Very run down and needs much TLC. We booked dinner also and there was never a choice just one meal option. Rooms very dated… beds are solid!!
