We had a brilliant 10 day stay. Our apartment was a good size with a lovely view and it was cleaned daily. Yes you do have to buy loo roll but we were aware of this from other reviews so it wasn’t a problem. There was a kettle and a toaster along with a hob and basic cooking utensils - we only made toast/toasted sandwiches in the room as we ate out every night so this was fine for us. The pool is small but great to cool off in. We always managed to get sun beds. Fantastic service at the bar which was open into the early hours. The location was perfect for us - a short walk downhill to Hersonissos or uphill to the villages of Old Hersonissos, Piskopiano and Koutouloufari where there are loads of restaurants. We loved the villages so much we immediately booked to go back in September! We would definitely have booked this hotel again but unfortunately they didn’t have any availability so will have to try again next year!

“Lovely apartments in a pretty setting”

We arrived at the apartments late around 1am,had booked a one bed apartment which seemed to be all on one level but we're shown an apartment with a very steep wooden staircase to the bedroom which due to our age we knew would not be suitable,saw the Manageress next morning who said she could move us to another 1 bed apt on one level the following morning which was perfect for us,the pretty garden setting was lovely, snack bar on site which served breakfast and snacks,pool was very nice and relaxing. The apts are on a hillside with lively Hersonossis downhill and picturesque villages Piskopiano & Koutoloufa up the hill, takes approx 15/20 minutes Lovely staff and apts cleaned beds towels changed regularly,enjoyed our 11 night stay in the adults only complex

We had a lovely stay. We were warmly welcomed despite a late arrival. Our apartment was as expected and was very well serviced throughout our 2 week stay. Only potential improvement could be the addition of some storage for clothes as one wardrobe was not quite enough for us and we do like to unpack. Every member of staff was polite and very helpful, immediately replacing the kettle when it broke, organising excellent car hire to helping us order a takeaway. We did have issue with fellow residents blocking sunbeds from early morning and not using them till the afternoon. We were fortunate to have had a car, but had to extend our car hire period to go to the beach, not a hardship, but an additional expense. I would recommend the pool bar food but the price of a small beer was €4.50, a little above the going rate in nearby bars. If you enjoy a lively evening the down the hill is for you, but we enjoyed the bars and restaurants up the hill as they were more relaxed.

We travelled as a couple with Jet2 holidays for 10 nights. There are many great things about things about these apartments, but some negative things too - listed below. In summary, if you’re looking for clean place to stay, where you are left to it to relax on holiday, then these apartments are for you. If you prefer a friendly, hospitable place to stay, where all staff are friendly and welcoming, then this place isn’t for you. + Cleanliness - the cleaners do a fantastic job in every area of these apartments. Pool area was honestly spotless. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day. + Pool area - good number of sunbeds, never had an issue getting one. Not allowed to do anything in the pool other than swimming, no balls, inflatables etc. There are big signs telling you this. + Location - brilliant location, enables you to explore Chernossisos 10 minutes downhill, which has lots of shops, supermarkets, bars and tavernas. This has a lively atmosphere, especially after 10pm. Up the hill for 10 mins (manageable unless 30+ degrees outside), to Piskopiano and Koutouloufari, absolutely stunning villages, cobbled windy streets, again excellent selection of tavernas and bars, more of a traditional Greek family feel. We spent time in both locations evenly. Maria recommended a local taxi service which we used a few times, €8 back to apartments from Chernossisos, €9 euro up the hill to Piskopiano + Koutouloufari. + Some staff - Maria and Billy are brilliant staff members who want to talk to you and get to know you. Maria in particular, really took the time to recommend places to eat for us, and was really friendly and welcoming. She is an asset to the establishment. Billy also makes a lovely mojito, definitely recommend trying if you’re staying! +/- Rooms - we had a pleasant, basic but usable apartment with a stunning view of the sea and the mountains. Whilst the kitchen is basic (we didn’t even get a tea towel, and had to use our bath towels to dry up!) the apartment was fine for us. Aircon is not good at all, very old and in need of replacement. They shouldn’t be charging guests for it. If you like your room ‘ice cold’ then these apartments are not for you. If it’s hotter than 30 degrees outside, the air con is not good enough to get the room to a comfortable temperature for sleeping (in our opinion). - Atmosphere. The apartments have little atmosphere. Most staff (apart from Maria) very much ‘leave you to it’. There’s no interest really in how your holiday is going, whether everything is okay with your room etc. We had an issue with our aircon, which whilst was sorted quickly (next day), we received a frosty reception the next day when going to discuss the issue. They didn’t check with us at any point after this issue to ensure everything was okay. We got the impression they didn’t really care. There is also a man who never spoke to us (could have been the owner?) or any other guests, who sits at the bar and watches the ladies work really hard, and watches the guests too. For these reasons, I found it difficult to relax here. We just didn’t feel very welcomed. There are no Greek nights or any kind of entertainment that might encourage a more friendly atmosphere here. It is because of this we definitely wouldn’t recommend these apartments to solo travellers. The staff also have an issue with you paying with card, and only really accept cash, even though they have a card machine. This meant we had to pay for safety deposit, air con and tourist tax with cash, which took up a lot of our cash we brought with us. So make sure you bring lots of cash with you! (We brought a good amount of cash with us on holiday, because cash is still king in Greece especially when eating out, but big-costing items like aircon you should be given the option to pay with card) I feel these apartments are missing some really easy wins. It is clear to see that the staff work hard here, but most are just not friendly (apart from Maria and Billy - the evening staff) nor do they represent the kind, welcoming Greek hospitality that we love experiencing when visiting Greece. A simple “how are you today, how is your room, how is your holiday going?” goes a long way in my eyes. Greek nights / BBQ nights would be a great form of entertainment and create a friendlier atmosphere. We wouldn’t stay again.
