Amazing hotel on the mountains, views are spectacular. Rooms are abit basic but has all you need and we only slept in there so was fine. Staff are great do all they can to help you couldn't fault them in any way. The prices at hotel bar for drinks and food is good not expensive at all, on our last day needed to check out at 11 and transfer wasnt comimg till 6pm so instead of getting late check out there is showers downstairs by the pool amd george the owner will give you fresh towels which was a bonus. There is an old town about 3 min walk down has all the tavernas and little shops you need. If you want a night out need to walk 25 mins down to main strip and then get taxi back which was only 10 euros. If I ever had the opportunity to go again I most definitely would.

I've just returned home after staying 8 nights with my sister, We found on the whole a lovely Hotel , staff friendly ( young Rouse is a credit to you ) . The pool was great probably could do with handrail into it as bit slippery, lots of sunbeds ,we did find you had to be up very early if you wanted beds with umbrella, we both had room's down at the annex and very basic with a few issues, but the bed was So comfortable and the shower worked well, the annex is quite away from the hotel down the hill. We booked half board expecting buffet breakfast and evening meal, Breakfast was very good plenty of choice of hot and cold . Unfortunately for us the evening meal was a big let down. We noticed that there was only 2 other people on half board. So I can understand a buffet wasn't put on for us . We had a 3 course each evening it was just put in front of us no choice was given, George did ask if we had any allergies when we arrived. The portions were huge . The bar menu was great and good price Would I return yes but probably only B+B

“Booked this hotel ,put in hotel next door ”

We came away with Tui ,we checked into reception of hotel we had booked with ,paid the higher room tax for higher hotel .To then be taken to another hotel next door and smaller room than we paid for .As we arrived early hrs of morning I went to reception the next day ,to be told he'd upgrade me .... more

We came away with Tui ,we checked into reception of hotel we had booked with ,paid the higher room tax for higher hotel .To then be taken to another hotel next door and smaller room than we paid for .As we arrived early hrs of morning I went to reception the next day ,to be told he'd upgrade me .I told george the manager I'd paid for bigger room ,he said I've upgrade the hotel your in ,I own both .He didn't understand why annoyed that I'd been lied to ,to check in believing I'm staying in hotel I paid for to then not be and smaller room .After lots of back and forth over different days ,promised to be given room paid for to not it's gone now .We finally moved to bigger room but still in other hotel .I complained to tui rep nothing but offer of good voucher over online chat ,didn't even come to hotel .The staff in other hotel were great .George after reading same happened to someone else ,clearly over books more expensive hotel ,then puts you in lower grade hotel .I paid 6 euro room tax when checked in ,sign on bar hotel stayed in 3 euros .Tui when came home ,gave me more refund and understood why annoyed ,felt miss sold too and lied when checked in .Note to anyone going here ,before you pay room tax ,check in .make sure your in room you booked and paid for .This was my first holiday with no kids ,so wanted bigger ,more luxury. Our first week of holiday in one room apartment was not what I paid and booked .we tried to not let it ruin our holiday .But george didn't help ,he didn't seem to get ,or understand why let down .Just we are fully booked ,yes ! One of them rooms I paid for ! I did cry with frustration ,that clearly was never going to get the room I paid for .When you see photos of room online to one I stayed in ,you can clearly see the difference ,anyone can .Accept george he said all rooms the same floor size 🤦‍♀️
