“In an amazing Galaxy not so far away....”
We stayed at this amazing hotel back in August 2024 & had the most truly beautiful experience ever. Superbly located close to the centre of Iraklio. We stayed at this amazing hotel back in August 2024 & had the most truly beautiful experience ever. Superbly located close to the centre of Iraklio. The staff were amazing, the best we have ever encountered, incredibly friendly & welcoming & was what made our stay there truly memorable. Special thanks to Captain Anna & Chris as well as Irini, Natalia & Maitre d' Mikalis to name but a few, they literally have hospitality in their DNA! To top it off, the food was on another level, absolutely delicious as if cooked by a Michelin chef. All we can say is it is truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had and that is all down to the incredible staff who are the real asset of the hotel. We will be back!

Just returned from a 50th wedding anniversary stay at the 5 star Galaxy hotel in Heraklion. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the city centre and ideally situated for local beaches and exploring historical sites. The hotels greatest asset is undoubtedly its staff. They are friendly, efficient and completely focused on delighting their customers. A special mention for Anthi on front desk, Cristos, Erine and Natalia who made our stay extra special.

“Friendliest hotel”
Rooms are of a high quality, be try clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent, all polite, well mannered and very helpful. Big thank you to Antonis who assisted me to when my planned tour was cancelled, I was able to see parts of the beautiful island.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights on a road trip across Crete. The hotel is in a relatively quiet residential area, just about 20 min walk from the centre (which was fine for us). Staff was very friendly and gave us tips on restaurant options for dinner, directions etc. Our room was comfortable and clean. Only downside was the small bathroom, but it wasn't an issue per se (maybe other rooms have bigger bathrooms). Breakfast was great and very good quality: plenty of options to suit all preferences. Breakfast room staff was very attentive and polite.

“A wonderful staying in this Gorgeous hotel”
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff in the hotel is very helpful. The hotel is 15 mins away from the beautiful beach of Cicada. I had an amazing body relaxation with a very good massage therapist Kalliope😊 and I will recommend her to my friends and definitely this hotel.
