Amazing hotel food is brilliant staff Amazing water park brilliant for kids and adults I would recommend definitely would come back our room was cleaned daily drinks and cocktails really good really couldn't fault anything about it staff are brilliant with children

Fantastic week at Stella Palace!!! 2nd visit and will definitely be coming back. The food was amazing, as well as the waterpark and other facilities. A 5 star experience. Would highly recommend the area at the 900 bar. Especially the world's greatest barman Giannis🍾🍷🍸🍹

Firstly, we have never taken a vacation in October/November time so we were unsure of what to expect weather wise. We were very fortunate with sunny days but oh my gosh, it is cold in the evening so bring jackets and trousers if coming at this time of the year. Upon arrival, first impressions the hotel seemed very good. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the porter was extremely friendly throughout our stay. Upon arrival to the room. It seems very basic and small but clean enough. The double bed was gigantic, which was delightful but also incredibly stiff. The maids were so kind and came every day changing towels and doing a good all-around cleaning service. There are five al la carte restaurants which you can use five times throughout your stay per week, which made a huge difference as the dining hall is extremely hectic. We would highly recommend the Veranda restaurant. It was divine and really felt like we were at a luxury hotel. The main dining restaurant has an excellent selection of food. However, as with most all-inclusive resorts, it was very repetitive. The breakfast was very poor quality ingredients and often cold. There is no option to poor your own drinks, so you have to wait for a staff member to offer you drinks. The service is extremely slow and inconsistent. It would make much more sense to have a self-service tea and coffee station in the morning or alternatively provide better service. The food at the water park is diabolical. There is also a snack bar that serves waffles and pancakes, which the kids loved. However, the ice cream selection in the main resort was very limited to a very poor, mr whippy style. You had to go into the waterpark to get the better ice creams. It would have been nice if these had been available at the snack bar. The drink selection at the bar is extensive, and the cocktails were unreal. The bar staff were fabulous and were so friendly, showing our little boy tricks. Again, there are no self-service stations to get a quick soft drink. I can imagine in peak season this would cause ridiculous unnecessary queues. There pools are like ice baths. Not one pool is heated, so if travelling at this time of the year, something to in mind. There are no lifeguards around the pools, which we thought was unusual. We also did not see the pools get cleaned once. This is evident when you look at them as they are filthy. The water park was fantastic and really made the hotel something impressive. The entertainment in the day was also non-existent with a guy promoting the same thing every day. Water volleyball or water polo. The evening entertainment was the absolute worst we have experienced, and the seating area made it feel like a circus rather than a luxury resort. Entertainment was often done by 20:30 with nothing else on afterwards. There is absolutely nothing in the surrounding area with all local restaurants and shops closed down for the season. We got the impression from a few members of staff that everything was winding down due to it being the end of the season. This was very apparent and not what we expected with paying such a considerable amount of money. Overall, we felt a little disappointed with our visit, and it wouldn't be one that we would recommend or consider returning to. If I had to sum our trip up, I'd say it was nice
