Phenomenal resort! Everyone here did such an amazing job taking care of us! The staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond for us every day we were there! The food was incredible, and everything from the room, to the beach, to the bars and spa. Everything here was well worth the trip … more

The food was incredible, and everything from the room, to the beach, to the bars and spa. Everything here was well worth the trip and I'd love to go again. 10 out of 5! Again big thanks to the staff for being so kind, caring and welcoming.

Really enjoyed our break at Mythos Palace, we have already booked to go back! The room was great (we had a small shared pool), everything was exceptionally clean and housekeeping were superb. Really enjoyed our break at Mythos Palace, we have already booked to go back! The room was great (we had a small shared pool), everything was exceptionally clean and housekeeping were superb. The staff couldn't do enough for you, we needed to find a pool for our daughter to train in and guest relations were so efficient. Food and drink offering ticked all our boxes, entertainment was fun! Having the beach as well as the pool was a bonus, beach is miles so good for long walks. Lots of space- not sure if that would be the same in the summer holidays but great for October half term. Thank you for making our holiday special!

The whole holiday from start to finish was fabulous exactly the relaxing holiday we needed, travelled with Jet2 Food plentiful a mixed the most picky eater can find something. The cakes are devine. Day activities vary if you want to join in your welcome if you don't your not made to feel bad. There's night entertainment if it's for you sit and be waited on if not there's comfortable sitting area's to enjoy. Side beach view room clean with comfy BEDS. Beach clean there's a patch of Pebbles as you enter the glorious sea. What makes this hotel a delight are the hard working STAFF that made our holiday. Management very approachable eager to please. Special note to the following Andreas beach restaurant/evening bar, Erisa in the main restaurant, The very hard working happy evening cleaning lady 3pm to 11,30 shift. Then Fotini pool bar what a lovely lady welcomed us after a long journey, she is so hardworking, respectful and a delight we met as strangers left as friends a real gem to the hotel. This to mention a few all staff work hard and want to make your holiday the best. Slight negative we had a late departure booked a shower in the spa which is very nice however, there is no hairdryer facility or an area you can dry your hair upon leaving I felt great but looked scruffy. On reflection we will return, possibly 2025 it was our first holiday on this lovely island and not the last.

“Customer service excellence throughout all areas of hotel”
I don’t think we’ve ever stayed anywhere where all staff had such exceptional customer service - from bar/restaurant staff, cleaners, spa staff, reception - all 5*. An absolutely lovely hotel, room was excellent, food great, location wonderful. Would highly recommend

“Lovely holiday”
Lovely hotel, excellent food and really friendly staff. The poolside and beach areas were ideal. Ate in one of the two themed restaurants which was really nice and the all Inclusive experience meant everything was on site. Overall a fantastic holiday.
