As a first time visitor to Chania, staying at this hotel set the tone! We had a late flight however the hosts made sure that they were on hand to ensure a smooth check in. As a first time visitor to Chania, staying at this hotel set the tone! We had a late flight however the hosts made sure that they were on hand to ensure a smooth check in. When we entered our suite I was blown away at the amount of space we had for 4 people. Also the way the suite had been decorated and designed it really felt like a 'home away from home.' There were lovely high ceilings and really lovely quirky/ rustic touches. It just felt calming which is what was needed. The highlight and star of the show was the roof top terrace where breakfast was served which was so lovely and relaxing and provided fantastic views of the harbour. Location wise we were slap bang in the middle of the action but far enough that it felt quiet. It was only a short walk to the town and harbour where there were array of restaurants. There is nothing that I can fault about this hotel, the cleanliness and hospitality was top notch!

We had the suite with the large terrace which was without doubt a great attraction for relaxing watching the sun go down. The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed - tastefully decorated - reception staff were always on hand to make recommendations for places to visit, places to eat etc. The location is just by the harbour in the old town - an idyllic spot

“Beautiful Pandora Suites”

We spent a week at the end of May at Pandora Suites. We stayed in 2 rooms, one with a balcony and view across the harbour and one with a door opening on to the shady garden terrace. Both were beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing information on what to do and see. We had a varied and plentiful breakfast on the roof terrace looking out to sea. It was an amazing holiday and we would return to Chania and the Pandora Suite in a heartbeat. To top it all , I lost an earring which was found after our departure and they took the time to send it to me. What a service. Excellent!!

Superior double room with sea view. Very clean. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Excellent roof terrace with great view of harbour. Friendly staff. Superb find for our 6 night stay. Only one small niggle - Breakfast is served on the roof terrace (pretty standard stuff) but if it rains, be prepared to dive inside, this was not ideal. Also, we visited early in the season and I image you will get a lot of noise at night as it’s so close to the harbour during the summer.

Stayed for 3 nights in early July, had mezzanine room opening onto front courtyard , very quaint, small kitchenette for making beverages and courtyard was a pleasant escape from the busy streets. The staff could not do enough to help, the whole place is very clean, the view from the breakfast terrace overlooking the harbour is out of this world, breakfast choice a little limited. Its location beside the harbour and shopping streets is spot on for wandering around the city.
