On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Hotel is in a good location where you can find many nice restaurants, mini markets, car rental companies and bus stops to get you to beaches, Chania, Platanias or where ever you like to go. Room was spacious with adequately equipped kitchen for two and very comfy beds. Shower curtain and liquid soap for hand wash in the bathroom. Pool area was also clean and tranquil. Hotel owner, Sandy, is a lovely lady with good humour and warm personality. We had some troublesome guests staying right next door from our room but Sandy dealt with them with perfect combination of patience and strictness <3 Thank you for making our holiday a success!

“Nice hotel with a great location”
Nice hotel, the location was great. Big room and firm bed. The pool area was great with a sea view. Air conditioning was not working properly so nights were sweaty. Shower had no curtain. There was no TV. Otherwise everything was good and staff was friendly but not for cats.
