The staff were great, smiley, and attentive without being fussy or intrusive. And many are multilingual. Of the 3 hotels on the Peninsular we thought Eva Palace was the best for us. It has a fine, almost colonial feel in the bar. The bar balcony overlooks the Pools and both bays can be seen. A nice place to sit and absorb the view. At the pools: it was possible to move the chairs around as the sun moved. The evening music at the pool bar was good. The beach and beach bar allowed us to mix up where we sat on different days sometimes pool, sometimes beach. With buffet food was good and we chose not to heap our plates with the same things or with everything, but to try different things on different days. We had a problem with our room which we told them about before breakfast after our first night, and it was fixed by the time breakfast was finished - we were very happy with this: Thank you. The room was good, spacious, with mini fridge, fresh bottled water every day, good views, aircon, a safe and always kept clean. We went for half board plus the Comfort Package as the nearby restaurants were not suitable for us. We started the comfort package on the second day as the first day was almost over by the time we arrived. The comfort package was extended without charge to 5:00pm on our last day (again thank you), meaning we had lunch before leaving for our return flight. Comfort Package worked for us, although we ate and drank more than on a normal holiday. We used the water taxi to Corfu - a big Black speedboat. 15-20 mins each way. It was great. There was no art on the corridor walls which made them feel a little sterile.

“A little piece of paradise”

This is the second time I have had the chance to stay at the Eva Palace, and the second time I am in awe of the quality of the services offered. First, the welcome is exceptional. The young ladies at the reception (hello Anastasia!) offer you a welcome cocktail and explain the layout of the complex, starting from the main terrace with its breathtaking view. Then, the luggage is brought to the rooms, and after that, the magic and vacation begin. The sea-view rooms are exceptional. This time, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to suites (thank you again, Paschalis). The rooms were spacious, clean, and have comfortable bedding, just like the standard rooms. The setting of the hotel is exceptional. A postcard-perfect pool, a lush and well-maintained garden, a private beach overlooking the bay, all impeccably clean and tranquil. The food is good and very varied. We take great pleasure in having lunch in the dining room, accompanied by cats and an incredible view. The cleanliness is top-notch. Nothing is left lying around in the hotel, everything is in order. A free bus takes you to the city center if you wish, super convenient. As usual, we had a great time there. My sincere congratulations to the housekeeping staff, technicians, restaurant staff, reception staff, bartenders, entertainers, and management. You can feel that you all do your best to satisfy your clients, which is far from simple. A few details that could be improved in my opinion: Despite our rooms being located in one of the quietest corners of the hotel (on the 6th floor, in suites separated from the corridor by a door), we could still hear creaking noises, probably coming from furniture in a room on our floor or above. I think adding pads under chairs or coffee tables could help reduce these annoying noises. The pool water is quite cold. Personally, it doesn't bother me, I actually like it since it allows for peaceful swimming as it cools most of the people down. But I know that some do not like it, and would prefer water that is at least slightly warmer. In conclusion, Eva Palace is a little piece of paradise that I highly recommend, and that we will definitely return to.We'll meet you there ;) A bientôt ! Yassine M

Our overall impression of Eva was quite positive, thanks to the great staff, who worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable and the reasonable price-point. Grace notes, like lemonade and snacks on the Bellini terrace and a bottle of Prosecco (in our room) helped make our arrival a happy one. Another wonderful feature was the free shuttle service that was offered to take us to and from dining at Danillia (an enchanting, highly-recommended experience) and from sister resort, Hotel Imperial. When the weather turned rainy, staff in the Bellini Bar worked hard to compensate. We were also very impressed by the free wine tasting event that turned a gloomy afternoon into a great experience. Our special thanks go out to Kostas, deputy manager of beverages, who put on this most enjoyable event. The grounds and the setting of Eva are marvellous. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality and quantity. We loved being able to enjoy dinners at the more upscale sister resort which was just a short walk away. The only things that were a let down were the poor WIFI service and the tired state of some parts of the interior--most notably the hallways and the spa area. This resort is beautifully conceived but getting tired. It is truly deserving of an update.
