Friendly staff, buffet service nice food. App not working to book restaurants so you need to join the queue if you want to try your luck at booking on site restaurants. We tried to book Italian but told booked all week! There’s a waiting list! Spoke to Jet2 who were having a meeting with hotel as there weee issues and they’d get back to us. Still waiting but fly home as only here a week so it’s been frustrating seeing tables empty and told no availability! Plenty of beds to choose from especially at the beach. If you have allergies be careful there’s no buffet area separate. I asked our waiter for gluten free toast I was told to go and look for manager in suit in busy restaurant who then asked waitress to assist. She then came back with bread and there’s only one toaster in restaurant for this! Very scary! Although you can look at restaurant menus they don’t know what they’re serving you. I got served wrong dish and was so ill so please be very wary of what you are eating if you have intolerances or allergies. We had preferred club but it’s a waste of money don’t bother. I asked for a dairy free cocktail that they serve in every bar but Club. I was told no you need to get it from elsewhere as that’s all we have! I went to bar few hundred feet away to then be told you can’t take drink through as it’s a separate bar!! Unbelievable. Although i spoke to concierge who said she’d arrange a bottle it never appeared! Lots of bars on site so no need to waste your money on preferred club. Rooms were clean and you get beach towels left each day for the next day. Showers in room were great. We used the on site Water activities a few times and would highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and looked after us all. Our fridge in the room was topped up with water and coke, fanta and sprite each morning. Tea and coffee making (Nespresso) was replenished each day. Bring a euro plug for your chargers etc! There’s a hairdryer and clothes steamer but we did not use these. Beach shoes would be handy as it’s a bit rough on your feet getting into sea. It’s been very hot during our stay and pools are warm and sea is too! It’s a delight getting back to air conditioned room each day. Hotel shop sells inflatables so kids were happy with these. Teen Club on site and spa too. Restaurants for lunch seemed fine to get into but on an evening it’s a different story, so as long as you are happy with buffet every evening you’ll be fine.We travelled with friends family and teen children.

Firstly the positives, its a beautiful resort and the staff are very friendly. We travelled as a family of 3 with our young child. The buffet food quality is good and the drinks are excellent all around the resort. The one big concern we had was with cleanliness. When we checked into our large family suite the floor has not been cleaned and within 10 minutes our feet were black. I mentioned this to the reception the next morning but yet again that day our feet were dirty again. Sadly housekeeping did not bother to clean our floor the entire week of our stay and we repeatedly had dirty feet every day. The other disappointing thing about the hotel is the restaurant reservations. We manged to book one restaurant our entire stay even though we asked the concierge to help us. They could only offer really late sittings which did not suit as our child would already be in bed. We find it completely unacceptable for the price of our stay to be forced to eat in the buffet every evening. Sadly we wont be returning.
