Ideal location for us that allows us to walk to Corfu Town or catch a bus at the entrance to the hotel. Steep entrance drive and the breakfast was tepid rather than hot. Ideal location for us that allows us to walk to Corfu Town or catch a bus at the entrance to the hotel. Steep entrance drive and the breakfast was tepid rather than hot. Other than these 2 minor points this hotel is faultless. Great staff especially Chtistos the pool bar manager. Loads of sun beds and room around the pools. Very clean especially the public areas.

Overall, it's a great hotel. However, not a great location. The area outside the hotel is very rundown. The narrow streets are not very safe to walk on with a lot of traffic cars and buses. The hotel itself lobby, breakfast room, pool area, and bar are very clean and well maintained. We had an essential double, which was very outdated and in need of upgrade, but I think the hotel is planning on completing the same in time. The beds were very comfortable and great soundproofing on sliding doors. However, walls are very thin and you can hear a lot of noise from the next room. Also, there were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. A bus (2A) stopped just outside the hotel, and there are 3 buses per hour, which bring you direct into Corfu town. There was a great choice each morning for the breakfast buffet. There are a few mini marts close by, walking distance and some cafes/restaurants. However, we went into Corfu town 5 out of 7 nights. The last bus back is 11.30 pm from Corfu centre each night.

The hotel is good enough not great but standard, the rooms are quite old but good size with a nice balcony, the pool is very nice and the bar tender a nice man who was very friendly and made our stay nicer. All was good except for the lady at the reception i dont recall her name an older lady with black hair and glasses oh my god! Its like ur in boarding school shes always lecturing someone she is very not friendly not helpful and ruins the experience. No hospitality attitude not FO material at all. Redt was great and location was close enough to town. Bar menu can have more options cz we were eating at rhe hotel everyday so it got boring would love to see more greek options. Would come back

I'll start with the good! The staff were all lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Especially the guys down at the bar, they couldn't have been nicer. Some people complained about the noise of the aircraft landing as the runway is so close. But actually we loved watching! The noise doesn't start till about 8 and stops shortly after 11pm. Pool area is lovely. The bus is really handy. The 2/2a near the hotel. On the way back stay on the bus as it doesn't go past the hotel on the way back from town but if you stay on past the terminus it will bring you back around. (We found this out ourselves, as the reception should didn't explain which would've been helpful!) The rooms although spotless could do with an upgrade. Flabbergasted that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. In this day and age! And some extra sockets or a place to charge your phone? You have to unplug lamps to use the sockets. We found the food at the bar was good but the wine and beer was the most expensive we paid anywhere else in Corfu. Shocking! NOTE: a bottle of wine is cheaper than two glasses. Each glass was €8 but a bottle is €17 (and it was very nice) The breakfast was a huge spread and just passable. We had a buffet dinner one night and it was €35 and not good. Really bad value and ridiculously expensive. Luke warm and hardly any desserts left for us even tho it was still open for dinner. We paid over €5000 for our stay here as it was for 5 of us in 3 rooms. We complained about that awful buffet dinner and said that we weren't looking for a refund but that they needed to improve it or reduce the price. Was a bit amazed that they didn't even offer us even a PARTIAL refund. In conclusion the staff were lovely especially the pool/bar staff. But would definitely not stay there again. They are taking the mick with 4*. More like 3*.
