“The best trip so far”

The hotel was absolutely luxurious and the staff were extremely friendly, always wearing a smile. The beach was so clean and there were plenty of bars around. The food was always fresh and never disappointed. The facilities were never too busy and the quality was amazing

“Lovely hotel”

We spent a week here with a couple of friends, we opted for a private transfer to cut the travelling time as we arrived quite late. We spent a week here with a couple of friends, we opted for a private transfer to cut the travelling time as we arrived quite late. Our rooms were lovely and spacious, bed comfortable and pillow perfect. We had a large walk in shower which was excellent. It was nice to have the Nespresso machine in the room, we liked to have a coffee on the terrace. We were disappointed that the Chocolateria was only open at dinner time, would have been nice to sample during the day. What we did taste was lovely! The restaurant here was very good and we also enjoyed 4 a la carte dinners which were a welcome change from the buffet. Wine served with meals was fine and we enjoyed a few different ones as well as a couple of tasting visits with the Sommelier. Both Athena and Georgia were very knowledgeable. We appreciated that branded spirits were available at the bars as well as some nice cocktails. The buffet restaurant had a few coffee machines which were very hit or miss but when mastered they produced decent coffee. Would have preferred proper fruit juice at breakfast but did have one or two fresh orange juices from the bar, just a nuisance to have to go and get. All over the hotel the staff were nothing but helpful and polite, a huge asset to the hotel. We spent a bit of time at the Aqua park and it seemed clean and well run, the Lazy river was relaxing. We are beach people but the sea was quite rough during our week so we weren't always able to swim there. Lifeguards were great giving advice, definitely take aqua shoes. Our first experience of a Grecotel but definitely won't be our last!

My husband and I have recently returned home after a 10 day holiday at this beautiful hotel. We had such a friendly welcome when we arrived and this continued with all the Staff being exceptional. The Staff were always very happy to help and were always smiling. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. We had an excellent room which was cleaned daily. The hotel is on a large site and has a good beach with plenty of sunbeds. Due to the time of year there were mosquitoes so just remember to take insect repellent for the evenings. We had a fabulous time and will definitely plan to go back.

This hotel was just fantastic. Myself, my husband and two children (10 & 7) stayed for a week and had a lovely break. The staff were superb - even when we arrived very tired at 2am they couldn't have been more polite. One of the guests (rudely!) kicked off when they wanted to sit at a table that was already taken and the manager dealt with it quickly and professionally. The food in the buffet was delicious and there were always lots of options, and I recommend trying the different restaurants - they were all delicious with my favourite being the Asian one - where we were served a tasting menu rather than having to pick a dish each. It is unfortunate that the mosquitos descend at dusk in the outside restaurants, but after a rather uncomfortable 10minutes they seem to disappear just as quickly. Take mosquito repellent.... The crepes were very popular with my children, and it was lovely to have a number of different pools to choose from. The waterpark was very popular but never felt too busy (note that it is closed on Sundays) and we managed to get loungers every day even after turning up at 10 or 11. I would definitely go back here.
