We chose this hotel for a 2-nights stay because it is conveniently placed near the highway, while also placed near Biarritz. The arrival to the hotel by car was easy, and there was plenty of parking available without extra fees. They do not have a restaurant, but the receptionist sent us to Novotel hotel, which belongs to the same company and is next door. At Novotel, we found a pretty fancy restaurant with good food and service, and with reasonable price for the food and service received (35€ per person). Overall, the room and the hotel services were fine, without good or bad surprises. We could hear noisy people at the corridor more than we would have liked, but it was bearable and the bed was good. We asked the receptionist for some information about visiting Biarritz. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to speak much English and he didn't give us almost any advice. Finally, we went to Biarritz on foot, which is a feasible walk, but takes around 45 minutes. We saw that there are also buses, although there seemed to be on strike. I think it would have been more effective to go by car and park it somewhere in the street closer to Biarritz, but we didn't know. Overall, a satisfactory experience for a reasonable price. Typical Ibis.

“Well located pet friendly hotel with Parking”

Good ample free parking either at the front of the hotel or in an enclosed compound at the side which had cameras on it. Standard Ibis set on a service road with 2 other Accor brand hotels, an Ibis Budget & a Novotel. Good ample free parking either at the front of the hotel or in an enclosed compound at the side which had cameras on it. With Ibis you know what you are going to get, a clean comfy bed and a decent breakfast. There was no restaurant but you can eat at the Novotel next door, but we chose just have bar snacks which are available 24/7. Dogs are allowed at a charge of €5 a night. Just one niggle was that being an Accor Gold member I would have expected to get the welcome drink without having to ask which is embarrassing. However, when pushed, the receptionist did give me the ticket and we enjoyed our welcome drink later that evening.

Ibis Biarritz -Anglet Aeroport Nice welcome to the hotel and friendly staff. Given our room which was clean, a normal Ibis layout except it had a secondary door to the bathroom which helped prevent probably noise from the bathroom. Breakfast was good - choice of bread, croissants and condiments, cheese, ham, boiled egg. There also was also fruit and yoghurts. Machine for hot and cold drinks. When arrived showed my Silver Accor membership card - however nothing extra for being a member offered. One issue with the hotel was it smelt like a swimming pool possibly due to over use of cleaning products. Excellent location.
