“Great budget hotel. Convenient location, clean room, and friendly staffs”
I have stayed here for a week. The breakfast was great. I initially did not pay for the break fast, but after 1st try I was really happy with it. I have stayed here for a week. The breakfast was great. I initially did not pay for the break fast, but after 1st try I was really happy with it. I love the breakfast at this hotel and it is very cheap. There are always two receptionists to help guests and they clean your room spotless. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend this hotel if you are on budget and get your money worth.

“Excellent budget hotel”
It was a nice hotel attendant and spacious room with great cleaning service. It also located within a minute from a tram station so it was very convenient. Very nice budget hotel … highly recommended

Situated close to the central train station & Tram station. So very easy to get to from the airport, from the airport take a tram to Jean median and a 5mins walk to Gare thiers also right next to the tram line 1 through the centre of Nice. Hotel was basic but clean and not that noisy even though the trains run right outside your window. Hotel staff helpful and were happy to answer all questions I had stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed my visit. Reception is on 1st floor. Staff is very nice and polite. The room (4th floor) was very clean with fresh towels & toiletries every day. Also was really nice and spacious and average bathroom, I had a balcony location is good as well. Right on the main road with shops and trams. Takes about 15mins walk to get into town which I think is not far and with shops around you, makes your walk journey even better. If your using trams/buses cheap to buy 10 trips ticket for 11 euros and make sure you validate the ticket as lots of ticket checking every stop. I would fully recommend this hotel. :)
