Nice friendly staff, large comfortable rooms with great terraces, small kitchen and jacuzzi. Great breakfast spread with lots of choices. Unlike other reviewers I did not find the rooms tired although yes the very tall windows in the entrance are quite spectacularly badly cleaned, something very evident when eating breakfast as the sunlight streams through. The cleaning is I agree somewhat eccentric in the rest of the hotel and the rooms, maybe they were short staffed. Lovely place to chill for a few days, a bit like being in a huge tree house, as long as you are laidback about such things as house keeping.

“A Good Visit”

Large room, fresh air balcony, pleasant staff with good English skills, clean, quiet, good on site parking, nice breakfast available. Overall we would easily book here again for more than one night. There was a small kitchen and a jet bath. The bed was comfortable.

i would have rather rated this hotel with 3.5 *, but between 3 and 4, i have finally chosen 4* the hotel is in the suburbs of narbonne. the historical city is reached after a nice - if weather is good - 20 minutes walk along the canal built with a modern architecture that resects the environment that combines wood and concrete, adjacent to and old mill which is nowadays the hotel restaurant (unfortunately closed on sundays, so i could not visit it) the room was ample, with a large jacuzzi inside, a small kitchenette with basic kitchen tools, fridge with 2 complimentary bottles of water, microwave and kettle. the bed was good the bathroom was well equipped, however amenities were more in line with a 2 stars hotel the free wifi did not work well the reception staff was friendly the breakfast buffet for 15 euros was good, with hot and cold dishes the fitness area were several machines in a corridor we did not try the swimming pool (assume it was closed as it was end of october) pets are accepted for 15 euros a night there is a convenient underground carpark offered for free the gardens were very pleasant, however looked sometimes a bit abandoned unfortunately, the property llacks of charming details and the decoration is a bit impersonal this could be a more pleasant place if the property took a bit more of care in the details i would probably use this hotel for a stay of several days in narbonne, but unsure if i would return for a one night
