A friendly well run hotel a short walk from the vibrant centre of Cap-d’Agde. Located in a quiet residential area of the town we experienced outstanding friendly staff, small but comfortable room and terrace with a substantial continental breakfast offered at a very reasonable additional cost. The pool was proportionate to the hotel and well kept. In a word: excellent.

A very nice room with air conditioning, double bed was really comfortable.shower had loads of hot water, the room was very clean and was cleaned daily and towels replaced the room also had a safe. the WiFi worked through out the hotel and is free. There is a lovely pool and the hotel provides towels for the sun beds.free parking is available,the hotel is only a 5 minute stroll to the centre.breakfast is available at a cost but we considered it very good value and quality compared to the cafes in the area

“Highly recommended ”
We stayed for two nights and were delighted, lovely pool, very clean, all staff lovely. Small gymn free parking, a/c and fridge. Continental breakfast just right after enjoying the great local restaurants. Would stay again.

“Good hotel in Cap d'Agde”
Nice hotel in residential area not that centric with respect to the port and the commercial region. By car it takes 5 to 10 minutes to the city center. The facilities are good and the breakfast is buffet-type.

I'm sorry to be negative about this hotel because the staff were all friendly helpful and polite and couldn't do enough to help. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. However, the truth is, like so many hotels in this part of France the Hotel is rather tired and dated. The bathroom was cramped and it was quite difficult to get in and out of the bath to use the over bath shower. The woodwork was painted in chocolate brown and the room was dark and dingy even though it was a patio room. I suppose for France it was reasonable value for money but I am now, the next day , in Spain in a luxury Tryp Hotel for less money. I don't know if there are no expectations in this part of France but the general standard of hotel is pretty poor. I believe the trouble is that the season is so short they simply won't invest. They charge high prices for the short season,when they could let a shed and the rest of year the hotels are empty.
