“A well kept secret”
Great hotel, great location and even better staff! “Perfect location”
The hotel is perfectly located within the walls of the old city. It is clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee in the rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was better than I expected, with some hot food, as well as a large selection of continental items. Well worth a visit.

“Central location, excellent breakfast”
Hotel Cartier is located in the middle of the Ville Clos so ideal for exploring the old town. Staff were friendly and check in / out was made easy by online form filling. “Perfect little spot”
Loved staying here. Very small and minimalist but we didn’t expect more, given the location. Easy walk from nearest parking, and all the stunning sites of St Malo. Lovely friendly attentive staff. Surprisingly quiet when windows closed (had aircon). Would happily stay again.

“Very centrally located in the old town”
Well placed in the old town and a lot of restaurants nearby. Nearby public parking. Breakfast was fine. The room was very small and the windows were not double glazed. As a consequence you could easily hear people late and night and early in the morning on the street outside
